I love coming here for my wax, Amanda always makes me feel so comfortable and barely feel any pain she does it that well!

Such a friendly, professional and welcoming salon. All the stylists were so lovely and Kristy made me feel so welcome. Had a wash, cut and blow dry and felt pampered. Great atmosphere and great service. Worth the cost. Going again for sure

I had a lovely facial with Grace! The products were all selected based on my skin type and Grace took extra care to focus on my problem areas. I came away feeling very relaxed and my skin feels wonderful! I always enjoy my trips to Randle and Randle, the staff are always welcoming and the service is great.

A visit to see Amanda has become my absolute favourite treat! I felt so happy and comfortable there from my very first visit, and the treatments are incredible! I’ve been for a back, neck and shoulder massage and honestly each time have felt like I’ve floated out of there! Amanda’s massages are wonderful and she has a really lovely manner which puts me at ease and makes me feel really well looked after. The atmosphere in the treatment room is lovely and it really feels like a little oasis of calm. I highly recommend Randle & Randle and Amanda’s amazing treatments - I wouldn’t go anywhere else! ☺️

I've been visiting the salon for a few years now and I can't fault it. The atmosphere is always welcoming and friendly, I've never had a bad service from any of the staff. Sophie has always done a fabulous job and is professional throughout.

I came for a hot stone massage after being recommended by my friend. This was my first ever massage and grace made me feel really comfortable. I’d been having intense pain in my shoulders and neck for 2 weeks. Having come out of this massage I am now pain free in my neck- incredible service and I will be now coming back once a month for this! Thank you

Sophie is a master of her art and extremely personable. She puts me completely at ease and she's very clever at interpreting what I want the end result to be.

I can't reccomend Christy enough. She's always lovely & cuts my hair exactly how I ask (which not many hairdressers do, in my experience). I really trust her reccomendations & am always happy with the results.

First time visiting the salon, and will 100% be returning! I was made to feel welcome from the moment I entered right until I left. My stylist was absolutely amazing, was lovely to chat to and did a great job! I left with my hair looking and feeling much better than I thought possible since I’d neglected it for so long. After treatment my hair is long but thin, Emma is reassuring to say that after adding a few extensions it will be thick enough to put up into a ponytail and it is, would recommend her

I regularly come to Amanda for my eyebrow waxing and she always does a great job. I regularly get compliments for my eyebrows after I've been to see Amanda! All the staff are friendly. It is a lovely salon. Would highly recommend.

I have been visiting Emma for some time and have always been impressed. She makes sure your style is exactly what you want. Shes takes time to talk and doesn't rush the treatment but is professional and very experienced. Coffee and chat are also to be enjoyed here. Thoroughly recommend.

Emma has been doing my hair for years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. She understands my hair type and what I’m looking for, gives me great advice. My hair looks and feels like silk after a visit to Emma. Great cut and colour. Always get compliments after.

Another happy two hours spent at Randle and Randle this afternoon. Glynn looked after me as if I were a celebrity, as per usual. Colour application, with special ingredients to prevent scalp itching post treatment, followed by a gorgeous haircut to enliven January and February. A cup of restorative tea, a laugh and competent and relaxing hair wash from Martina in between, and I was on my way, looking and feeling much better. Back in two days to have a facial treatment from the peerless Amanda. This salon deserves all the accolades it has rightly won recently.. it delivers at every level.

Amanda was fantastic. Having phoned and asked to upgrade the massage she went out of her way to do this.
