I have to say been to see Amanda today she asked me about my skin and i said my forehead was really dry and rough i said with the hot weathet my forehad wss just wet all the time with perspiration. She felt the pores were blocked so appled alot of her products. I must say what she did in my appointment time really helped but the day after my skin was back to being smooth and hydrated. Roughness gone. Amazing that she could diagnose and apply what was needed to restore and renew. Thanks Amanda and can only recommend the expertise and the products. Go and try it out if u have a problem with your skin and you will be pleased when u see the results. Pat

Everything about my trip to this salon was just lovely. Glynn was absolutely fantastic - he took his time to really perfect my hair and he was wonderful to talk to. I was also shown some new ways to style my hair and taught about different products. Definitely recommend this salon!

Sophie is totally professional but very friendly and interesting to talk to and interested in the client also. She's also clearly very good at what she does bother technically with three lakes but also at creating an experience. I trust her implicitly.

Always love coming into the salon, doesn't matter who your appointment is with everyone makes you feel so comfortable. Sophie is amazing and I am always happy with my lashes but I know if I had a problem with anything I'd be able to speak to her about it. Definitely recommend!

Glynn knows his stuff. I gave him a very vague description of what I wanted and he translated it into a style he knew would work for my hair type and texture. My head feels about 2 stone lighter!

Very pleased with our lashes! I hadn’t expected them to look so effective- mascara look without any mascara. Very convenient for swimming on holiday without looking like a panda! Grace was lovely and made our experIence so relaxing. My daughter dozed off! Our experience was very positive. I’d read some scary stories about LVL and we needn’t have worried at all. Professional from start to finish. Will definitely go back to Randal and Randle.

Just brilliant. Great atmosphere, you are made to feel welcome and comfortable. The cut and the colouring are second to none. It’s nice to have your hair done by someone with flair and experience. The young woman, whose name I meant to ask, who washed and prepped my hair was terrific and fun to chat to.

Amanda was just absolutely brilliant.. Listened carefully to what I wanted from the session and provided me with excellent tips and advices for my skin care..
The facial itself was just excellent and beyond and I could appreciate the difference instantly.. My skin felt hydrated and simply glowing and very smooth..

I had a straightening treatment done on my naturally frizzy hair by Emma and it was amazing. My hair has never looked better. I was talked through the process and Emma advised me on aftercare .I will definitely go back. Very knowledgeable and friendly team. Thanks Glynn for recommending this treatment to me. I don’t know how I have lived without it.

Had an amazing Indian Head Massage with Amanda. She was very friendly and welcoming, as were all the rest of the staff. Treatment itself was fantastic.

I have massages to help with an o going neck problem and Amanda has definitely made a huge difference in easing the pain, increasing movement and minimising the stiffness. The ambience is so relaxing and calming, the whole experience from start to finish is just awesome. I can't recommend her highly enough
