All the staff are so welcoming, the receptionist sarah remembers you every singal time you go, you are offered drinks regularly during your visit, my hair has never been as good colour or condition till I came to taylor taylor, all the stylists are realy good at what they do, there advise and recommendations on your treatment is specified each time for your hair, I would recommend taylor taylor.

Elle has been my stylist for just over a year and is extremely talented. Her advice and technique is superb. Ellie always puts me at ease and my hair is great.
The salon is always clean and welcoming also the other members of the staff are very friendly which makes it a wonderful experience.

I met both Matthew and Josh T and they are professional. Thanks. Also, I appreciate Josh T providing the colour suggestions that I will try next appointment.

Today, I had a hair appointment with Morgan we discussed my hair colour by looking at the colour chart and decided to go a dark- plum colour and i had my hair cut into a Bob, I wanted my hair shorter for summer my hair looks fantastic and refreshed really happy thankyou Morgan

I didn't know I was going to see Codie, but I remember her from Division St. I've had a series of poor hair experiences from other hairdressers in recent times. After an asymmetrical cut I neither asked for or wanted,from a different salon, I needed to find trust again in a hairdresser. The only place I could think of was to return to Taylor Taylor for a genuine professional cut. Plus a salon where I am not judged. The moment Codie remembered me, I knew I was home. Codie talked to me at various points in the cut, asking my thoughts. We discussed how to embrace going grey and the possibilities to make it a feature

As always my visit to Taylor’s was a relaxing experience as in Daniel I knew I was in the hands of a master cutter. Combined with Daniel’s care in listening and asking the right questions this ensured that I got exactly the cut I wanted.

Josh is the only hairdresser I have ever gone to more than once! He makes me feel so comfortable and I fully trust him with my hair. I always come out feeling amazing and today was no different. He takes into consideration that I am pretty lazy with styling my hair day to day, and cuts it with that in mind, so it looks good every day and not just the day he styles it. Also when I mentioned colouring it he explained how he would mix the colours to get the exact shade I am after and got my patch test done ready for next time!
