I love Ashley. No-one else can manage my hair. Did anyone find out where he moved to? He left before the closure and the stylist they gave me instead was not good!

Sorry to have a text today advising of the closure. I was a customer from 2010 until the end of last year. My stylist had been Ashley for all of that time. On my final two appointments I had two different stylists as Ashley was not there. I wasn’t happy either time. But I have to say that up until then I was completely happy with my experience at this salon. JOHN was always chatty and friendly which us senior ladies always appreciate. Good luck to all of the staff for the future. Does anyone know where Ashley is working now, as at present I am traveling eighty miles to my daughters for her to do my hair. She was a Toni and Guy stylist.

The salon is closing - and as such it would have been easy for the team to be lack lustre and half hearted- but they weren’t. The whole team were absolutely on the money today fabulous service and wonderful hair care. John as always the cut and colour are beyond compare I will miss our chats and your honesty and care and attention and awfully shallow of me most of all being able to bask in the feedback from friends and family on how fab my hair is. All the best to you and the team and I wish you a happy and successful future.

I LOVE Claire's artistically brilliant. However sadly I have no style and don't understand how the wires Has been crossed.

Have been using the salon for years because nowhere else provides the same high level of consistency, customer service, quality of hair care and styling or friendliness. The team are always so helpful and lovely to talk to, they are genuinely interested in giving people the best quality service which quite frankly is a rarity these days. Can't recommend them highly enough.
We regularly come to this salon and our toddlers have always been welcome.

I wanted a Quant cut as we’re going to a sixties party and I used to have my hair like that back then. Hollie hadn’t heard of it but I showed her a photo and she did a really good job. Now I just need an outfit!

Showed the stylist 3 photographs of how I have had it done before - came out with something different -after 45mins. Left the salon after being told it was curler so it could drop, this was as 9.40. By the time I had photos taken at 11.30 it had certainly dropped. By the time the official photographs were taken it was a straggly mess. It was my sons wedding day and it was ruined by how awful my hair was. It only looked better when I managed to wet it during the reception and blow dry it straight. We have deleted photographs of me with my granddaughter as it looked so awful
Disappointed as when I booked to have my hair cut and blowed dried didn’t expect my hair stylish to go on to another customer half through and getting a young girl to straightening my. Felt it rushed and not happy with outcome. Wanted one to one service.
