Booked on line with usual stylist to then be informed on arrival that the stylist had left. I was informed that an alternative stylist would be doing my hair giving me little choice to refuse.
This experience as well as the increasing prices has meant I will be looking for another salon.

Style: after sitting under the dryer 10-15 mins, it was a shame that ***** pulled a comb through my hair, thereby ruining the tousled look!
Cost: when I made the appointment on the phone, i said that i was a new customer but i was not given the 25% discount mentioned on your website when i paid. Also i thought the cost for a senior stylist was £35 and i was charged £48.
I’ve been coming here for over a decade to have my hair cut by John. He’s very experienced, knows my hair well and does some really fantastic cuts very efficiently. I love the fact that I’m always out within half an hour and looking more glamorous again! As I’m a concert artist, my appearance is important to me and John’s haircuts give me confidence. All the staff here are friendly too and it adds to a positive experience. Thanks John!

I have been going to Toni & Guy in Burton for several years now. Firstly, the quality of hair colouring is the best I’ve ever had, consistently, and no matter who cuts my hair I am always really happy with it. The stylists really listen to what I want and advise accordingly. Additionally it’s a lovely welcoming atmosphere, with hot drinks served and great conversation. John, the owner, had the ability to make everyone feel warm and at ease.. couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Thanks!
