I can’t imagine ever going to another salon. From walk-in, getting my hair washed and the actually cut it’s a first class experience. All the staff are awesome and very friendly and Leon is a top top stylist!!

I loved the colour although developing the colour took longer than usual but I was very happy with the finished colour result. I also enjoyed the head massage.
My appointment was to see Leon who was unfortunately off ill today I was seen promptly by John who sat and chatted with me before discussing my needs. He then did a cracking job on my otherwise unruly hair.

Only complaint girl who washed my hair had long nails which were quite painful.
Decided to try T&G for the first time. Staff lovely and will be going again. I was a little disappointed that I couldn’t complete the discount voucher online for first visit before I went but that’s the only niggle.
Leon always does a great job, the whole team are very friendly and welcoming, young girl gave a fantastic head massage and was always quick to make sure everything was ok. Hair look great and is very reasonably priced for the effort that goes in!

Claire always cuts my hair just how I like it. She’s great at offering advice and really takes care to make sure you have a good experience. Similarly, Stuart who colours my hair does the same. There’s always a friendly atmosphere and you’re made to feel very welcome.

Great friendly atmosphere. I go every 5 weeks for a cut as my hair is short. I have never been disappointed. The cut is consistent and the style holds well between cuts. My hairdresser is super attentive and always lifts my spirits.

Been coming to Chloe a few times now and she has done such a lovely job of my hair, always so pleased with it every time I go, really nice girl too.
When going to a salon, you pay for the atmosphere and niceness of its staff. You want to feel special and you are most likely treating yourself to something you wouldn’t otherwise spend that amount of money on. On arriving in the salon the staff were unfriendly, NONE of the girls smiled! Not one! I had to move seats 3 times, and not one person did my hair, but 3. No drink was offered. The only saving grace for this salon was the guy who did the 2nd part to my hair. Can’t remember his name but he was blonde and tall. Lovely man. If you’re looking to be pampered and feel special, this isn’t the salon to do that in. Sorry but when I left, I felt I was moved around and not smiled at at all while being there. After spending £154 in two hours you would think I’d be made to feel more welcome
I always come away from the salon feeling relaxed and fabulous great relaxation time
