I walked in to be greeted with Ollie’s happy smiling face. Straight away the friendly atmosphere made me feel at home. Ollie is such a lovely warm person, a real asset to the salon.
I was booked in with Josh and was extremely excited as it was my first time with him. I was looking forward to seeing what he could do with my hair colour.
Wow!! I never imagined it would look as amazing as it does. I’m absolutely obsessed with my blonde highlights. My hair has never looked this good before. My roots blend in effortlessly, the toner has worked wonders as I have no harsh brassiness, just a beautiful shade of blonde hair. Thank you sooo much Josh. I appreciate your honesty and advice, also the time you took to listen to my wishes. You weren’t interested in the monetary value but in my satisfaction in the end result. Which I can assure you is the best I’ve ever had.

I came in for a custom colour and initially wanted my long hair cut into a pixie style. My previous colour felt too light so Josh suggested some changes which have made such a difference! Jasmine advised against such a drastic change all in one go and suggesteda textured bob. I love it! When I went in, my hair looked straw like and damaged. She had asked me in the morning if she could have a fringe and a haircut, so I rang Francesco and they managed to get me an appointment that day after she had finished school.
