Another fabulous appointment with Stacey. Really pleased with the cut and how Stacey talks through options and frequently checks in with you as she cuts. All of the staff are delightful at Cannock Francesco and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else!

Lucy has been looking after me and my son for a while now. She's so easy to talk to and understands our lifestyle and our capabilities in the hair styling department. She keeps things realistic but fun and funky.

This is the third time I have been to this salon and left darker when asking for more blonde . I specifically said this time whatever toner was used last time it made my hair to dark and yet it has happened again

I am really pleased with the cut /colour, both Josh and Lucy listened to what I wanted and although I was changing my style I felt Lucy understood and she talked me through how much was being cut off, how to style it and made me feel at ease

Without a second of hesitation I can recommend this salon. I have been going now for 18months, having arrived with hair that I had over dyed with home kits and reached a point of my hair breaking and falling out. Josh was patient and supportive in explaining the steps and timescales for my hair to recover. He has listened to what I wanted and advised on what was needed to return it to its natural colour. I feel absolute and complete confidence in him as he spends time listening to me at every appointment. I also have Stacey to cut my hair - she listens! Stacey also built my confidence in her as my stylist and myself (who was so upset at my hair loss), as she has always worked with my wishes - to have initially just the wisps of ends that I wanted taking off and now to a new layered cut.
And an important mention to Jade - always answers my calls with a friendly demeanour and accommodates my bookings (and changes to), and a smile to greet my arrival.

The salon, under the management of Josh, provides a friendly and welcoming atmosphere where nothing is too much trouble for any one of the team. I simply cannot praise and recommend enough!!
