Awful experience! The salon is dirty, when I sat down there was a brush full of someone else’s hair that hadn’t been cleaned. They were playing music with racial slurs. On top of that I went in for a SIMPLE wash and blowdry - she has syinched my hair! The ends are BURNT. It feel horrible. She’s completely ruined it. Not once did she use spray or head protection. She an all over horrible experience. Will never go again. Thank god it wasn’t for a cut or colour.

A great haircut by Dan, he was very attentive and professional, listened to what I wanted but also provided advice for what would suit me better. Overall really happy with the achieved look and I will be going back for colour soon. Thanks Dan.

First time having my hair done by Jessie, She was so lovely she discussed colours for my hair and listened to what i wanted and made suggestions. She explained everything she was going to do. We also discussed what to do with my hair in terms of colour and cut going forward. A fabulous experience from start to finish. Also just to mention my hair felt like it had veen properly washed and any dye around my hairline was all removed and my hair didnt feel overloaded with products it felt soft and shiny.

Always a good cut and blow dry.

Had the japenese head spa today with Ash and omg it was the best treatment I've ever had. Ash made me feel so relaxed throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend.

I started going to WOW about a year ago . I've never been able to find a hairdresser that actually cuts my hair how I want it. In the past I've always been stressed wondering how my hair would turn out. I never worry now and I look forward to having my hair cut and coloured. Gavin is so nice and friendly and such a good hairdresser. I have complete faith in him. Every time I have my hair cut and coloured now I get so many compliments from friends.

I recently visited for the first time, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. Jessie took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered great suggestions that suited my hair type. We had such nice conversations throughout the appointment, which made the time fly by. The attention to detail was impressive, and I left with a fabulous haircut that exceeded my expectations :) I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for professional and friendly vibe!

I felt uncomfortable from entering the salon today which is not the experience I’ve had there previously. It felt as if nobody wanted to be there. My coat was taken and I was handed a gown though without the usual care. All other customers were offered a drink- one was offered 2 drinks while I was there. I was offered none - either by the young woman on reception or the stylist. The hair wash was lacklustre- no massage and product wasn’t fully rinsed out. The cut is poor - it is uneven with one side longer than the other. It has no shape. I did ask for the sides to be softened but all the stylist did was use straighteners. I was so upset with the experience that I left. £38 for a very upsetting morning. I have waited 24 hours before posting the review to allow me to calm down - but this morning I see the uneven sides and have to comment

I bought my daughter in for her first proper haircut having extremely long hair. Jessie was fabulous gave great advice and an amazing cut. She was so good we are back in 6 weeks!

Literally the clue is in the name...Wow because that was my reaction when I looked in the mirror. Gavin was incredible and really took the time to understand and explain my quirky hair. I'm absolutely coming back for a pre-crufts makeover ;-) (he will understand)
