The service with Jess was brilliant, I had a root melt/balayage/cut and blow dry.. Jess advised me on colours and style the whole way through, it is the first time I have ever walked out of a hairdressers and not wanted to change a thing! Thank you so much X

Everytime I’m coming over and sort my nails out, Charlotte makes me comfortable and go out of the box after talking with her what to do and ends up doing something different and better! She is a good nail artist and I’ve taken my sister over twice now and she is so happy over her nails and she will miss the time when she going back home.

Friendly atmosphere never been kept waiting. Always happy with my hair even guided through grey transition several years ago.

Gavin is great. Always come away feeling totally satisfied with my hair. Super cut, colour and style - just how I like it. Must also mention Fliss who generally washes my hair. Lovely girl who is friendly and competent.

Excellent hairdresser always listens to what you want and does to perfection.

Daniel was amazing with my daughter, he talked her through the haircut, giving her styling tips as he did. She had the biggest grin on her face afterwards and loves the style. Thank you Daniel!

I am well happy my hair wasn't good at all finally I have colour I wanted and cut I am so happy my hair very important to me .

Charlotte gave me some good advice on how to shape and grow my eyebrows back after an over zealous threading lady ruined my eyebrows. Lesson learned don’t go to the eyebrow stands in a shopping centre !! Excellent service I promise not to go anywhere else now

As always a few hours at WOW is always a few hours well spent all the staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble … 2nd appointment with Daniel who’s taking my hair on a bit of a journey from red as red can be to blonde and today an added pink toner . Dan has been my stylist for a fair few months now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dan always listens to what I’m looking for and is realistic with the expectations/maintenance/advice, always putting in his best efforts and I leave the salon so happy with the result and excited for my next new do! I was recommended by my sister and will continue to recommend him to anyone especially anyone looking for an amazing hair colour transformation!

I had my hair done for the first time from this salon, I was a little skeptical at first because I have stuck with the same salon for over a decade however I have no regrets changing it from today. My hair dresser was Dan he took me through a consultation which gave us an opportunity to discuss hair goals and what was achievable. As he was going through the process of my hair he explained each stage which I appreciated a lot. Dan also gave me good advice regarding maintenance of hair and what products will work well for my hair and what to avoid which is always good to know. Overall my experience at wow hair codsall was really good, the customer service was brilliant and I was extremely happy with my hair, I don’t usually write reviews but I had to because I was really impressed. I would definitely recommend :D x
