Always a little nervous visiting a new salon, but from first entering it was bright and fresh and I was greeted straight away. Had a great hair wash from Fliss (my favourite part!) and then Gavin listened and understood exactly what I wanted from the cut and delivered it perfectly whilst being both chatty, friendly & professional. Loved it and will be back.

I had my extensions put in November, I wish I had done it sooner! Popped in a few times to have root colour touch up and a blow dry, I’m so new to the world of extensions so I have been asking many questions and jess has answered and given advise every time… back in may to have them re done! Wouldn’t go anywhere else now :)

I went in earlier today to get a blonde ice cool balayage and this is not what I got, the front pieces were overtoned and purple and the colour does not match the reference picture that I gave, I asked for a bright ice blonde and it is more brown then blonde. Also had to wait in between for over half an hour to get my hair blow dryed. Not impressed even though he was a very lovely man.

Very relaxing experience having my root colour and cut this afternoon . Gavin had already checked the colour i was having from my previous colour and i was more than happy with the colour . Had a few inches off my hair which i was very pleased with .
Always very confident that Gavin will do as i ask and always checks that i am pleased with the results . Very professional and puts you at ease .Enjoyable couple of hours . Staff very attentive and always ask if i want a drink .

Just a fringe trim needed but turned into a test by booking a salon wash and blow dry too, along with a mood lifting curl with tongs, ready for going to a hen do. Gavin worked magic.

Whole team where Happy pleasent and polite professional, helpful and thoughtful amazing talent from all of the team. Very happy with my colour and style.
