Lovely , and chatty.. Becky coloured my hair roots and finish was lovely will b back 4/6 wks to maintain.

As usual my hair cut is great. Just what I asked for. Friendly and efficient.

The overall hair couloring technique was good, it just wasn't the colour I wanted. As I wanted bright blonde and it was a lot more duller than I had hoped for

Welcome was missing a welcome. Sat down with no discussion, was left in the chair for ten minutes.

Finally stylist came back to me, and spoke a little. Hair wash was lacking a message. Few finger tips to temples .

Felt awkward most of the time in the seat. Staff had no morale . Everyone looked miserable and like they didn’t want to be there . I was not offered a drink. No music heard playing, so quietness was awful.

Asked for a blow dry, curled. Only last 30 minutes. Such a disappointment. It may be local, as a salon but it was such a drab experience. Thank god I had my holiday to go on the next day .

Had a different stylist due to an illness I got listened to and time was taken to do my hair how I asked. Thank you.

She made me feel comfortable and advised me on looking after my thinning hair and dry scalp.

Had my hair coloured and cut here for the first time and i am sooo happy! Went for a complete colour change to copper and couldn’t be any happier.

Was welcomed into the Salon and asked when i had sat down if i wanted a drink . Gavin was blow drying my hair today and asked how i wanted it styling .
Had a very relaxing hair wash and lovely head massage .
Very pleased with the blow dry and asked for a little off my fringe which was just how i liked it .
Lovely chat as i was having my hair done and very pleased with the results .

Becky as a stylist to colour and new hair style was amazing. The only complaint I make is having your hair washed and conditioned was poor. The hair washing was disappointing as the shampoo was just put on then washed off instead of massaging my scalp. The conditioner was the same, I only received 3 second massage.. I look forward to having my hair washed as it should be just as important as your colour and style. There is no excuse that you were short staff due to sickness as time should be made and not rushed.

Really nice cut from Abbie , made me feel comfortable right away. I’m happy with my cut and would highly recommend her.

I came to the salon wanting a little refresh with my hair ready for Autumn but I didn't want a big change. Amy showed me different colour options and helped me find the colour that I wanted. She was attentive throughout the appointment and has magically brought the shine back to my hair! I never go anywhere but Wow!!!

Visited WoW today for cut & colour with Gavin. Delighted with result & made future appointments. Gavin is very skilled hair stylist & a credit to the Salon.
