I took my 2 boys to get their haircut and Daniel was very patient and listened to exactly what I wanted. So happy with the result, my boys look super!!

The girl with pink hair that did my wash was really polite and lovely. My hair stylist did a great job and was welcoming.

As always, I find Gavin to be very friendly and professional and I am pleased with my treatment in the salon. One thing today marred this slightly, was not being able to use my loyalty card as the new product range is more expensive than the £15 allowance. After paying £45 for my haircut, I could not redeem my loyalty card unless I spent an extra £6 or £7 on top. Not worth having a loyalty card is this is the case. Just a small point but a valid one, I think.

Gavin listened to what I wanted and did exactly as I asked, even double checked I was ok with the length he was going to take off to make sure I was comfortable. Didn't criticise my choice to leave my greying hair to go grey - which is a first for me. Came out smiling. Will be back.

Had a wash, cut and blow dry with Daniel today. What a lovely experience. Asked me exactly what I wanted and talked me through every step. Explained what products would be best for my hair, without being pushy to buy, and showed me how to blow dry my hair to achieve the desired result. I will definitely be booking with Daniel again.
