I came to the salon wanting a little refresh with my hair ready for Autumn but I didn't want a big change. Amy showed me different colour options and helped me find the colour that I wanted. She was attentive throughout the appointment and has magically brought the shine back to my hair! I never go anywhere but Wow!!!

Visited WoW today for cut & colour with Gavin. Delighted with result & made future appointments. Gavin is very skilled hair stylist & a credit to the Salon.

Initially, I came to the salon on recommendation. I was very sceptical as I can be quite particular with my hair, especially with being mixed race. However, since having my hair cut with Gavin it has grown passed shoulder length and the cut holds well. I always ask for and receive an honest opinion on styling which considers my hair type!

Kept me waiting .came in on time. Was distracted by others. Not a very neat cut. Much better stylists there but she was only one available. No collar weight used. Water dripped down neck. Didn't offer any oil or other products before cutting. Won't use ***** again

My girl Charl always does my nails beautifully. We went for a pearlescent shimmer on some builder. She made a beautiful job as always, a lovely way to spend a Friday lunch time.

Ive been going to Amelia since i moved to bilbrook. She always does an amazing job, but this time she absolutely outdone herself! I adore my hair. From the moment i sat down in the chair i was provided with an excellent service. After explaining what i would like to have done on my hair, i have received very professional advice on what could be done in terms i could understand and she was so right! Always a pleasure to go to salon as The salon, the staff and the service is always at its highest standard! Thank you again Amelia!

I always go to Wow Codsall for my appointments and was very happy with how Amelia did my hair! Really vibrant red with beautiful waves to finish. Wellaplex treatment keeps it in good condition too, as I have regularly coloured and styled my hair over many years! Had some great advice about care when growing out bleached hair and what would work best. Lovely calm atmosphere as well and you always get a warm welcome from all staff.

Had full head foils, done by Amy. My hair looks fabulous, I’m so pleased with the cut and colour. ?

Jess has being styling my hair for many years. I have always been happy with the cut and service. She always makes me feel welcome and at ease. Listens to what I want and I always leave the salon happy.

This was my first visit to wow Codsall and first time having Abbie do my hair. I couldn’t of asked for a better service! I have tried a lot of hairdressers over the years but never found one that made me so comfortable as Abbie did. The lad who washed my hair did an amazing scalp massage. Abbie did an amazing job and made sure I had exactly what I wanted and that it felt comfortable for me. Couldn’t recommend enough !

What an amazing girl !!!! I went for my first appointment and was really impressed with her as a trainee . I felt like she knew me . I do not like hair salons but with fliss I felt so comfortable and at ease . Her cut and "t-section" has been commented on by all my friends and family . To sit in the chair with fliss is a pleasurable experience , I would advise anyone that doesn't like hairdressers to try fliss. (She loves a maccies ) xc
