I booked a very last minute appointment due to being let down by another nail lady elsewhere. WOW fitted myself and my mom in last minute and saved the day. Charlotte was lovely and listened to what I wanted and matched the picture I shown her down to a T!

What can I say? She has literally saved my hair! I owe this lady so bloody much! I went in with a massive lug of dreadlocks (that’s the closest explanation) from my hair extensions and Jess worked tirelessly to get them out and saved so much of my hair knowing it was my Birthday weekend. As per usual she was a miracle worker and I left the salon with an amazing colour and style. I can’t believe how amazing she is! I would not trust anyone else with my hair!

Had foil highlights by Amelia and a cut and blowdry by Amy. Both were excellent. Really happy with my hair and will be booking again.

Wonderful results again from Amy! Listened carefully to my ideas and created a fresh colour and cut.

I had a full head of bleach high lights with Jess, this is my first time visiting the salon however it won’t be the last! Jess is amazing at what she does so talented! I finally have my dream hair which I’ve been trying to get for 6 years now however previously I have always left the hairdressers disappointed. My hair is perfect I couldn’t have wished for more, had a lovely experience at the salon too Jess is lovely and so were the other staff, can’t wait to come back!

Lots of time to consult over treatments, Amelia is very helpful. Two nice cuppas whilst sitting in my foils made it a pleasant experience with a great result. Thank you

Gemma was very sensitive to my needs, my hair has only just started to grow back and my scalp is still showing. But the hair cut is amazing. She paid very good attention to ensuring my hair was even where it needed to be. Very pleased with my first hair cut since my hair had grown after treatment.

I went in for a balayage thinking that I wouldn't be able to go to light due to how "warm" my hair colour is, I had an open mind and not sure of which was the best option for me, Jack discussed in detail and he then started on my hair, was very chatty and friendly, really enjoyed his company, and once he had shown me my transformation, I couldn't believe that was MY HAIR!!! it has lightened perfectly, I normally walk around liking and wanting other girls hair but now I feel like I'm that girl that people will want my hair!! Thank you so much to Jack!!!! I also purchased 2 products to keep my hair in good condition

Come in for a ash silver colour with darker roots staff was lovely also my stylist but unfortunately my colour did not turn out the way I hoped it would I understand sometimes you have to build up to get the colour you want but my hair actually turned out more of a ginger at the back and a block colour of light blond

Had a lovely time at the salon today! Ashleigh was lovely and really friendly, she did an amazing job on my nails. Will definitely be going back!

I went for a bright red colour with dark root melt and a bit of hot pink underneath, which was a real change from the blue I had last time. Jack was amazing though. Really put me at ease, couldn't do enough for me. I'm so pleased with my hair and highly recommend booking with Jack!

Lovely colours, style & finish to my hair

Last time i went to any hair saloon was December 2019 - before lockdown! So a visit back to WoW was OVERDUE!

Like past experience the staff here are always friendly and welcoming.

This was the first time i had Jack do my hair. He listened to what i wanted and made me feel comfortable especially after coming back after long time. I felt i could trust him with my long hair!
