Came for eyebrow wax and tint. Due to micro blading didn’t notice how bad it was until I got home. One eyebrow has been nearly completely waxed off, the other has been left with either a burn or a patch of skin which has been ripped off - very painful and extremely disappointing. The beauty therapist examined her work afterwards so how did she not notice what she had done, and acknowledge that she had made a mistake?

First class service as always! Full of energy as always. Such a great guy and amazing stylist....especially working on my barnet! 5 stars 🌟

As always an excellent cut today

I was telephoned first thing on the day of my appointment to tell me that the person doing my hair was off sick. I was then told that I could have the colour but no cut or styled. This was very distressing as I was having my hair done for a family wedding. I was told that I couldn’t have my hair blow dryed just a blast dry so I didn’t go out with wet hair. When I arrived for my hair appointment the stylist didn’t know what to do and had to ring people to colour my hair. When I come to the hairdressers my stylist will look at my hair and advice me in the right direction and what is needed. I ended with a T section when I should had the back of my hair dyed to match all my hair. I have now light hair sides and top and a brown section down the back of my hair. I spent 98% of my time in the salon not spoken to which I think is disgusting as it’s supposed to be a relaxing time. I also want to say if a stylist in in the salon on her own and only with a beauty therapist I felt at the end of the service I that the person doing my hair wasn’t experienced and should not been allowed to open the salon. I cannot comprehend that a stylist could not had been able to blow dry my hair when there was only me in the salon and the next lady that arrived came too early for her appointment and disappeared out of the shop. I was also charged £81.00 for a colour that wasn’t carried out to a high quality outcome. I have got photo evidence of my hair because I had to go to another hairdressers for a cut and blow dry. I will be taking this futher as I am aware your manager is on maternity leave. I will be expressing my concern for the way I have been treated

First time experience and I couldn’t be more happier! I Went there with pictures of what I wanted and finished feeling on top and got exactly what I wanted and more. Felt some welcoming and the staff were all friendly highly recommend. Thank you so much Jessie you’re amazing at what you do!

Always a brilliant service

Delighted with cut & colour as usual. Made further appt for few weeks time.

Went in with very dry, frizzy and horrible long hair and came out with lovely, shiny short hair! Cannot recommend Fliss highly enough - real care and attention to every detail.

Daniel was polite and discussed my colour after I’d explained what I wanted. Made me a coffee and looked after me.

It's always a pleasure to see Dan and he always makes my appointments a positive experience. T Section today with blow-dry and curl style. We have a laugh and set the world straight and I always leave with fab hair. Dan a real asset to the salon.

Everytime I’m coming for my nails I’m always happy and in love with my new upgrade of my nails. It’s always funny and just relaxing time I have with the girls! I do recommend every single person to try them out bc they are so professional x

I went for my usual colour appointment which is always the best! Today I decided (spur of the moment) that I would have my hair and extensions cut. I have had long extensions for a few years now but always feel as they are growing out they are need of a trim. Today’s trim became a proper cut and I love it! Thank you so much Gavin for giving me the confidence to cut the extensions, best decision! I love the colour and the cut and although I couldn’t be without my Beauty Work extensions I may consider having my next set shorter.
