Amy was so lovely. It was my first time visiting a salon as I previously used a mobile hairdresser. I was a little nervous. Amy put me at ease straight away. Cut is amazing, she consulted me throughout and was so fast. I love my hair cut , was a lovely experience. Will definitely be returning . Good price too. Thank you.

Had my first appointment with Fliss today, she made me feel so comfortable. She listened so well to what I was trying to achieve, but also offered her professional opinion. Absolutely love my hair. She did a great job. Booked back in for a few weeks time at the end of my visit :)

Had full head foils and cut, colour and cut were great. Really pleased, staff always really nice in the salon as well 😊.

Excellent stylist, who I would recommend. Still disappointed with experience of having hair wash and conditioning as there was no effort for head massage, Or effort in washing hair. I would say that’s supposed to be the best part of having your hair done. I have been coming for years and this part of the service has definitely deteriorated which is a shame.

Have been going to WOW for the past 7 years I think but have been having my hair cut by Amy for the past 17 years. Need I say more? The salon is amazing with everyone soo friendly and welcoming. Amy has a great way of making you feel like you’re more than just a client. Amazing team with amazing leadership. 5 stars all round

Ashleigh and Charlotte are both great at nails and easy to chat to. I have been going to Wow for my nails for years and wouldn’t want anyone else. They are great with my 11 year old when I treat her to a pampering session too. Would recommend.

I always look forward to my visit to Wow! From the minute I walk in the salon, I know I’m in good hands! Gavin knows exactly what I want and more importantly what suits me!

I hate going to the hairdressers, I know I should enjoy it but I dont ....
But, this was my first visit to WOW and I must say Gavin was very friendly, he listened to what I had to say and gave honest advise.

I came here for a freshen up of my hair and a subtle restyle after recently moving to the area. I’ve always been anxious about trying a new hairdressers so I was a bit wary, however the salon is wonderful and everyone is so welcoming I felt at home straight away.
Paige was great and made sure to ask what I wanted and confirm the steps were all okay before carrying on and I left feeling so much better with my hair and super happy with how it looked.
Thank you Paige, I’ll definitely be coming back and making this my regular salon x
