Ayleshe is very skilfull and listens to exactly what you want. Ive had my hair very short for years and despite it looking ‘messy’, it takes a great hairdresser to cut it choppy and close. Ayleshe got it right first time and makes it look easy.

I visited the salon for the first time for a cut and blow dry with Katie and the experience was excellent from start to finish!
I had a friendly welcome from Jackie on the reception and was offered a drink and shown through to the waiting area. The salon is beautifully decorated, with a great atmosphere and lots of tasteful touches.
Katie made me feel at ease during my consultation and gave me helpful advice. She made a fantastic job of the cut and style and was great to chat to.
Lola, the Salon Director also made a point of checking in to make sure I was happy with everything, which I certainly was! I would highly recommend this salon and will definitely be returning!

I visited Francesco's in Eccleshall last Saturday 18th Jan. I'd left it late booking and from the minute I walked in Jacky and Lola made me feel right at home and found me an appointment on my preferred date .
I was lucky to have Lilia for my colour and Ayleshe to cut and style my hair they were both lovely ! they made choosing a colour and style really easy and stress-free.
I have quite thick hair with a mind of its own and I often don't feel completely happy after visiting the hairdressers, I'm very picky about my parting looking even and natural when having foils and it was perfect :) I can honestly say I loved my hair !!!

Tegan R has done my hair many tones. She's a lovely young lady always well mannered polite, also good at her job..
I usually have all my hair bleached blonde all over but fancied a change...
So Tegan added dark brow dye underneath my hair blonde hair , round the sides of my hair , also a chunk of it on my side fringe, which is what I wanted with a bit of blonde on to, with the rest of at the top been blonde..I really love it , all the rest of my blonde hair on top been blonde..I'd highly recommended.. looks fab too when it's up, as you can see the brown more.. xx

Katie did a fantastic job today. We’d previously discussed more low lights but I told Katie to do what she wanted colour-wise. Went from blonde to copper and I couldn’t be more delighted. Has brought my colouring out and made me look so much better.
