The new Head Spa offering at Francesco is an absolute treat. It begins with a professional scalp analysis, so the treatment is completely tailored to your needs. You’re then treated to a soothing experience with a lovely heated eye mask in a beautifully calming setting – perfect for switching off and unwinding. The team work their magic, and I left with my hair feeling silky, smooth, and revitalized. Highly recommend!

Laura Skelton was professional and attentive from the beginning, even tailoring the package to suit my hair concerns. Having that time to myself to truly be pampered was amazing! Whether you have specific hair concerns or just want to treat yourself, it’s absolutely worth it!

I was a little early and my coffee ( Capachino no sugar!) was already on the table in the comfortable lounge area - so a short while to relax and read one of the up to date magazines. A good start.
Andrew as always friendly, efficient and an excellent stylist. I continue to come about a 40 min journey which is a good indication that I am very satisfied. Have often had compliments from absolute strangers on my hair so it must look OK😂
Only thing that I find a bit annoying is the price rises- seems a lot to be spending on myhair!!! Haven’t ever compared with other hairdressers though.
