Nothing to do with Andrew but Re ‘atmosphere’ question below. Why not make the courtyard space outside the conservatory salon section attractive??? It is just not a good outlook.

From the moment I walked in the whole team made me feel welcome. The refreshing homemade flavoured water was a welcome treat, followed by bottomless cups of coffee. Lola took time to understand how my hair had been since my last visit and then Kevin worked his magic with a fabulous cut. Kevin did my cut and blow dry, Katie did my colour and both were brilliant. They both really took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions and I felt so confident in trusting them to get it right, which they really really did! I alwsys enjoy having my hair cut and coloured but this time was one of the best.
Katie gave me excellent advice on a colour tweak. She listened to what I wanted and I love it.
The girl who washed my hair was attentive as I am currently not very mobile. She asked me if I would like a head massage and it was really relaxing. Sorry I didn’t catch her name possibly Tegan?

Lola is very skilled and conscientious. Love the colour of my hair, and I would never use anyone else. I am very fussy, and I can honestly say I have never been disappointed. It is worth every penny, and thank you Lola for keeping me entertained whilst you put the foils in. I always say that I never notice the foils going in, because the chat is so good! Kevin seems to effortlessly cut my hair, with the right amount of layers to give volume and shape. He knows my hair and offers good advice. The chat is also good! Thank you all!
