I showed a photo and asked to dye my hair about the same. Yes, they warned that it might be a bit dark for me, but what I saw after the dyeing shocked me.. I didn't ask for anything like that. I can hardly look in the mirror at the color of my hair and I hate it...

The worst hairstyle I’ve ever had. I don’t even want to look at my face in the mirror. What’s the point of showing what you want if they’re just going to do whatever they want? And they kept telling me I looked so good—come on, I’m not a fool.
Very good. Always pleased with the service. The stylist listens to what I want my hair to look like and makes recommendations that would best suit.

As a person who really struggles with time to do anything with my hair I’d sort of given up on it. Jackie has made my hair look so lovely and given really great advice on how to style it myself with minimum effort. She’s so understanding about my lack of time and ability and I finally love how my hair looks after years of not bothering with it. Thank you Jackie!!!

The whole team gave a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. I was taken over to my chair and offered a drink. Chloe introduced herself to me and we talked through the style I wanted.
Chloe talked me through the whole process step by step. What products were applied and there purpose. Ensured the length and cut was to my liking and altered it when i asked for slight changes.
I'll most definitely be returning and having chloe has my stylist in the future.
