I’ve had my hair done with Hannah many times now cut and colours and she’s just amazing, I’m a difficult customer I’m very indecisive and she’s always very patient and knowledgeable and gives wonderful advice and always gets the cut and colour spot on

Today Emma completely transformed my hair today from being full of permanent black box dye to a gorgeous & dreamy red. She explained each and every step thoroughly saying what’s realistic & what isn’t, and also kept checking up on how I felt about it. I knew she was going to be amazing but I’m still in awe of how perfect it turned out! I am absolutely obsessed & left the salon feeling incredible. As someone who has never changed their hair and always gone to the same childhood hairdresser for a yearly trim it was time to try something new. I was very anxious about the experience but Kelly and the team made me feel so welcome. Nothing was rushed and Kelly talked me through various options that would work for me that weren’t too drastic for someone that worried! I felt pampered and relaxed and the cut/styling made me feel amazing. I am loving my new hair and looking forward to coming back. I felt like I was not heard at all, and ended up with a style I asked NOT to have. All I did keep hearing was my hair was not long enough to 'style' but I had purposely grown it so it could be styled and it seems cutting it it shorter is out of the question.
Also the jar, needs to be instructed that clients have hair on the back of their heads, not just the front and what's in the sink/visible. Came out of the salon feeling unheard/unconfidant and just a total mess.
We are very sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience with us. We understand that you wanted a certain style for your hair and it seems like there was a miscommunication or misunderstanding during the appointment.

Kim looked after me right from going into the salon and she was lovely. She took a real interest in my hair, asking lots of questions and taking time to understand what I was after regarding my colour and cut. The salon is lovely and I felt very well looked after by Kim and then Emma who washed my hair for me. Both ladies were chatty and very pleasant. I was asked a couple of times if I’d like a drink.

Bobbed in for a wash and blow dry after having minor ear operation so easier to have hair washed by someone else. Evie was extremely careful when washing hair as was Emma when drying it. Popped in for a blow dry as had minor operation on my ear so easier to have hair washed by someone else. Evie extremely careful when washing hair and Emma was careful when drying it.
