Unusually I felt my appt was rushed yesterday.
I understand that there was another client having colours done ...but at £50 plus pounds for effectively was a basic trim I was disappointed .
I usually get offered a hot drink which at your salon prices should be the normal, not yesterday.
Also I have reservations about this upfront charge coming into effect in lieu of no shows on pre booked appts. As a longstanding customer who never misses an appt and always rings to change a pre existing appt I feel a bit perturbed. I this a practice that other hairdressers use ?
Harriet is a lovely young woman and I don't want her to think this is a negative review..I just think that at the level of pricing a little more time on this occasion would have been appreciated.
From the moment I walk in the Salon I feel at ease with conversing with Emel. She just knows how to make you feel relaxed & because I’ve been having my haircut with her she just knows what my hairstyle needs to look like.

My first colour at a salon and was nervous!
Ria came up with a mix that was just the colour I imagined .One of the other hairdressers ,( think it was Sophie ? ) applied the colour and was very chatty and friendly .plenty of coffee and tea also offered :) Haircut, as always , fab .

Everyone at Francescos in Lichfield are lovely. The salon is always clean and decorated to a high standard. I have always felt a little awkward at other salons but Emel and the team here just make you feel comfortable. I recently came in for a cut (as a new customer) with Jess and it was one of the most relaxing experiences I've had in a hair salon! Jess took her time and was really gentle with my hair - I honestly could have fallen asleep... The little scalp massage was amazing, and I loved the cut/style too. I can't wait to come back for my next cut, it was like a mini spa experience :-)

Lexi coloured my hair and Lisa gave me the cut and blow dry. As always it is nice having my hair done in the salon. Its nice having Lisa and Lexi, as hairdressers, who make me feel welcome and at home.
The only problem is though that being a short person, I would perfer a little more padding round my neck at the sink. Whilst having my hair washed, the water escapes the sink to travel round my neck, which is a shame for somehow it spoils my experience.
