Everyone at Francescos in Lichfield are lovely. The salon is always clean and decorated to a high standard. I have always felt a little awkward at other salons but Emel and the team here just make you feel comfortable. I recently came in for a cut (as a new customer) with Jess and it was one of the most relaxing experiences I've had in a hair salon! Jess took her time and was really gentle with my hair - I honestly could have fallen asleep... The little scalp massage was amazing, and I loved the cut/style too. I can't wait to come back for my next cut, it was like a mini spa experience :-)

Another fab cut by Emel. With having naturally curly hair, I like the way Emel shapes and styles my hair, she knows exactly the areas that need cutting into. I also like the way she spiral curls my hair by hand before drying

Haven't been to salon for a year due to circumstances . My hair needed rescuing and the only person I knew who could help and will listen is Emel. She is amazing great hairstylist and easy to talk to. Salon is tastefully decorated and staff all look happy . Great environment

Lexi coloured my hair and Lisa gave me the cut and blow dry. As always it is nice having my hair done in the salon. Its nice having Lisa and Lexi, as hairdressers, who make me feel welcome and at home.
The only problem is though that being a short person, I would perfer a little more padding round my neck at the sink. Whilst having my hair washed, the water escapes the sink to travel round my neck, which is a shame for somehow it spoils my experience.
