We were given realistic and honest advice about the condition of my daughters hair. Harriet offered options moving forward to improve the condition and eventually achieve the desired end result.

Excellent experience as always. I go in with untidy hair and come out looking much better- and more relaxed.

Lexi is amazing, very caring and took alot of care to get my long thick hair back into a lovely style. A lovely experience, I have booked again.

Unfortunately, the length of either side isn’t symmetrical. One side is choppy and the other is more thinned out.. Lisa discussed the length my daughter wanted the bangs however they are shorter than what was decided. My daughter is 13years old and it has made her very conscious this week going back to school. She is now trying her best to style it and disguise the unevenness of the cut.

Harriet has now become my go to lady for my hair. After having gone far too long without giving my hair a little TLC (moving house and having a baby!), I was excited to take my seat in the salon again. I’m so glad to have found such a lovely and genuine stylist like Harriet, I wasn’t 100% on certain things about my hair and so I trusted her to do what she thought was best and oh my goodness I am in love with the results! Wasn’t feeling too good after being ill myself and several family illnesses.. My husband pushed me through the salon door a few days before to make an appointment. Had a root re-touch by Lexie and haircut and styled by Holly. The girls did a grand job and my new hairstyle made me feel 100% better. Really cheered me up. I’ve had my hair coloured by Harriet for the last few years and she has always been wonderful. I’ve always liked to have a variety of colours and Harriet has made it happen every time. She puts lots of effort in to researching what works and how she can achieve the best outcome. Her normal colour work is great but her vibrant colour work is next level.

I’ve been going to Francesco Lichfield for 10+ years and Lauren has been my hairdresser for the last 6 years. She is warm, welcoming and friendly not to mention a great hairdresser. She knows her stuff provides advice where needed and I’m always happy with my hair cut and style when I leave. The whole Francesco Lichfield team are fabulous, they work well together to deliver a brilliant service.

Haven’t had my hair cut in so long & with naturally curly hair it’s difficult to find somebody who knows how to care for it & who you feel comfortable with. Chloe was wonderful. She talked me through what she was going to do & why she would do this way e.g. to keep the length & curl pattern. I felt 100% comfortable & confident & the results were great! My cut is lovely & my curls are hydrated & refreshed to perfection!

Sarah has been colouring my hair for many years. She is much more than a colourist, I consider her a friend. Sarah is extremely skilled, her work is exceptional, I trust her implicitly and let her make all the decisions. Sarah always goes above and beyond her duties. She is an absolute star. I will never let anyone else colour my hair.

Really love coming here, it's taken me so long to find a hairdressers I feel comfortable and having the same lovely stylist, lexie, each time is really nice. So friendly and really listens to what I want.

Wonderful service, really good advice. Harriet was knowledgable, honest and realistic about expectations and concerns regarding colour. I’m so happy with the outcome. She also gives really good advice regarding maintenance.

Harriet was amazing, I showed her pictures of the colour that I wanted and she talked me through what would look best and what techniques would work best with my hair. Harriet spent time using different techniques to make my hair look its best. Holly also cut my hair once I’d had it coloured and I love the cut. It’s my favourite cut and colour I’ve had and will definitely be asking for the same again next time.

I enjoyed my first experience at Lichfield Francesco salon. I was happy with both stylists, Lexi who did my colour and Genna who cut and blow dried my hair. Service was very good from them and they made me feel comfortable.
