Thought it was a great touch having a tv set up with coronation on and always a nice welcome and feel about the salon

Harriet is a credit to your team, she was so friendly and talked me through every step so I knew exactly what was going on, she told me all about what to do to maintain my hair and which products to use. It was like talking to a mate for a few hours she made me feel so comfortable and I can’t thank her enough for how my hair looks, I love it!

I had a lovely experience today. From entering the salon the experience was amazing. I came out much happier with my hair. I appreciated the time and patience I was given by Allexis. I have rebooked.

What makes this salon stand out from others I have visited is that the high standard of hairdressing is not confined to the expert cuts and colourings I have received but also the relaxing hair wash experience with Indian massage in which everyone is trained. I am confident that when I leave the salon, my hair will be exactly how I like it. Overall it is nice to be pampered by these very talented girls.

Having had many problems in the past with previous hair dressers I'm finally settled with Francesco in Lichfield, lovely staff, nice clean environment, welcoming and understanding. Love having my hair cut here.

Awesome from start to finish!

I arrived for a special hair colour/restyle as a treat to my myself for my 50th Birthday, to find two large balloons and cupcakes. A lovely and thoughtful surprise that brought a tear or three to my eyes.

Sarah, showed me the colours we’d previously discussed and made sure I was still happy with the planned colours, Chloe chatted with me about the cut/style. Both communicated really well with each other to ensure the cut and colour complemented each other. I was kept informed about timings, what was happening and was happy with the entire process. The colour didn’t take as long as expected, so I was offered the choice of waiting for Chloe to finish her client or another stylist. I chose to go with the other stylist, Holly, rather than wait as they are all excellent. Holly asked me what I’d like, offered helpful suggestions and was lovely when I decided to switch parting position during blow drying.

All the staff were so friendly and I was offered drinks, magazines and regularly checked on.

The end result is absolutely stunning and I can’t praise all the staff highly enough, they all ensure that a salon visit is a relaxing treat away from the hustle and bustle of life. I’m so happy with my birthday hair and the wonderful experience they gave me. Thank you so much, full marks!

I have used Francesco for over 30 years and always felt a friendly atmosphere. All the stylists were very attentive, no never had to wait, always loved my hair, colour, cut and style which was as l described to the stylist. I love my experience at the salon very professional and comfortable.

I have had my hair coloured for several years and am always pleased with the results from the lovely knowledgable Harriet. All the staff are helpful and friendly, and I would recommend them all.
