Got exactly what I wanted going from long hair to short with helpful advice and a friendly experience.

Giles is a great guy, really knows his stuff and is a magician with the scissors. Not only that but the bonhomie factor is high meaning you'll also end up having a very good chat.

Fab.. hope they can sort my hair colour out for me..

I always enjoy my visit to Keith Hall. All the staff are super Friendly and welcoming. I have been having my highlights by Steph for many years & would not go anywhere else, she does a fantastic job. Thanks to all the staff, Sally.

I have been a customer here for over 10 years and now my children are grown they choose to come here also . We all see James and value his expertise and trust him 100% with his advice on styling our hair ! The other staff are very friendly and welcoming too and the salon is always bright and kept very clean..

After a relaxing shampoo and head massage by Lauren, I had an excellent cut and blowdry by Kavita. She knows my hair so well!

Had a great time, good advice, friendly and I was well looked after. Always enjoy coming to get my hair done.

Instantly felt comfortable Kavita listened and understood what I asked for.

First visit with Giles, he listened to what I wanted and put me at ease, cutting my
hair exactly how i wanted it, felt as if I'd been going to him for years. All staff were very welcoming and I will definitely go back.

An enjoyable experience as always and great service. Love the cut.

First time at this salon. Lovely welcoming staff. Donya made my daughter feel very comfortable.

Accommodating from the start and not intimidating! Nice hair wash plus head massage. Good friendly chat too. Stylist was easy to chat to and laid back in a good way! James has been there a while and has the enthusiasm of a new kid on the block but with all those skills he's evidently acquired along the way. I'd recommend 100% so take a leap of faith and just maybe a change. Did me good. Xx

Spent time advising me on products for my hair, & my cut. Had cut my head open 5days before my app & she was careful when colouring my roots.

I would not want anyone but kavita to do my hair and big thanks to Steph for the work on colouring etc . Always listen to the client and make the experience a pleasure would def recommend Keith hall to friends etc . Always look forward to my appointments x

Lovely cut nice lady, but when I got home realised the colour was far too dark, wanted something much lighter

I recently visited the salon for a trim and color, and I must say, it was a hair-raising experience in all the right ways! The service was top-notch—definitely a cut above the rest.

I enjoyed plenty of tea while they worked their magic, which made me feel like royalty. Honestly, I was just a hair away from asking for a crown! The results were stunning, and the value for money was fantastic; I felt like I got a million-dollar look without breaking the bank.

Giles has transformed my hair from what it was when I first started seeing him. He always listens to my concerns and gives an honest opinion when discussing ideas. He’s always up for a challenge! I feel like a new person after a visit to Giles. The coffee is great too :-)

Today I had a colour consultation. This was very new to me. I’ve discussed colours before but this was on another level!
Really thorough and explaining things in detail. Vicky looked at skin tone, eye colour and having ascertained that my colouring is warm we looked at appropriate colours that would make a good match. It was an interesting and informative exercise.
I was surprised that there was no charge at the end.

Viki spent time with me discussing how happy I was wiith the style f my hair & my colour. When blow drying styled it well, so didn’t need to straightener my hair to get the style
