I have only been at KH hair 3 times and every time Everyone is welcoming I have Giles he makes my feel good about myself. He talks me though what he going to do then asks me if I’m ok with that. And he says my colour is amazing . I feel comfortable being there.

I am very cautious of going into premises, being classed as extremely vulnerable. However the extra care taken by James & the team was very reassuring and would recommend them to anyone. Standard of cut & dry was excellent as usual.

I’ve never failed to leave the salon with a smile on my face. I’ve got really tricky , wavy hair which James manages to straighten for me.

Another safe visit for my regular trim with James. Great cut as usual, totally safe and clean in current circumstances and it was still relaxing and enjoyable, the scalp massage with your conditioner application is the best!!
