KH Hair Salon Lichfield, Staffordshire

Long awaited hair cut & colour. The salon has kicked C19s ass with all staff being professional. I was not rushed in any way I was undecided about the colour and both Donya & Phoebe were excellent in their advice. I live in Cumbria and will continue to travel the distance to get my hair done by both these skilled, experienced hair stylists, they are brilliant at their job! Thank you.

Thank you to Steph and the Team for making me feel at ease, for my first appointment since ‘lock down’. Every safety precaution was taken by the Staff, who all wore Face Masks. First visit to your salon, lovely, friendly welcome. I was a bit hesitant, due to it being the first day of everything opening after lockdown but I was made to feel very welcome and I felt at ease.
Lauren was chatty, friendly and knowledgeable and it’s the best cut I’ve had in a few years.
I’m really pleased and will definitely be coming back.

Really glad the salon is up and running again and top marks for creating a great atmosphere whilst also totally providing a safe, socially distanced haircut environment. I have been a client at Keith Hall Lichfield for the past 26 years with Donya as my stylist and Steph as my colourist. These two lovely ladies are excellent at their work and I always come out feeling uplifted. Everyone is so lovely and friendly here, I would definitely recommend Keith Hall if you are looking for a change of salon.

Giles has been cutting my hair for years, and I'm always happy with the result.

James listens to your requests and ,if asked, gives sensible , appropriate advice. He always carries out your wishes.

Michelle has coloured and permed my hair for many years. She knows it so well, she always does a brilliant job. She is also kind and friendly

Michelle has been my stylist for around 7 years and every visit is the same....always asks what I’d like colour/cut wise and then talks me through the options. Plenty of tea, coffee, chats, followed by relaxing hair wash, always asks how I’d like my hair drying/styling and always fantastic results exactly what I’ve asked for. Even though I’m a regular client Michelle gives me the best service experience every time, attentive, respectful & thorough. Michelle has regularly gone the extra mile over the years, in particular squeezing me in for hair washes at short notice whilst I recovered from an operation. Always get smiles & hellos from other staff members. I always look forward to getting my hair done at Keith Hall.

Great cut and fabulous colour . I really appreciate they they both take time to listen ... and they obviously care. Their attention to detail is amazing.

The salon always feels good .. genuinely friendly, with a team of lovely people with terrific contemporary knowledge and expertise.

You really have to trust people to look after your hair - I trust this salon implicitly.
