To be really honest I wouldn't go anywhere else for advice and haircuts.
I previously frequented a high street big name hairdressers but didn't find either myself or other customers were treated with respect. Francesco staff are all different and so pleasant to everyone that comes through their doors.
I value the advice from Natalie before embarking on a new style.

I don’t know what’s happened to this hairdressers but everyone seemed miserable. The person who did my hair didn’t listen or even try to understand what I wanted . Throughout the whole 2 hours I was there she didn’t speak once. I walked out after and went straight to somewhere else and booked in there.

I love this hairdressers, the app for appointments doesn't work so need to call and book. Availability for appointments is very low at the minute and I have had to book with another hairdressers for the upkeep of my hair until Availability comes back. I hope this changes because I love Francescos.

I’ve been coming to this salon and having my hair cut and styled by Nat since 2015. I receive excellent care and attention every time. I have always been more than happy with the colour, style, treatment and cut. I would recommend this salon and Nat to anyone but especially those with curly, dry hair!!
My hair was feeling really flat, more natural highlights than I would care for. Jacqui and Nat were fabulous, and knew exactly what was needed to bring the sparkle and warmth back after the summer. Super friendly as ever, I always love coming to the salon they make you feel so welcome.
