Jacqui has been a god-send over the years for helping me sort my hair through some difficult hair years. I called last minute absolutely distraught having had a very bad and uneven haircut at a different salon. I had a too deep one sided fringe, a chunk of hair missing and the length was different on each side of my cut. Alex arranged to see me the next day to and put my hair up for a major event so the damage could be hidden in a beautiful style and arranged a time i could get in to see Jacqui. Alex was very calm and sympathdtic and was exactly what I needed.

Jacqui was a miracle worker and managed to fix it without cutting off too much length and coming up with a style and plan of how we can't rectify it over time without me looking like a crazy-woman for the next year. I am eternally grateful for her time, expertise and willingness to talk me through what to do. If there's a hairdresser you can trust implicitly it's Jacqui and the team at Fransceco's

I've had to miss my last 2 appointments due to illness, Jacqui and Natalie and everyone at Francesco's were so accommodating and even managed to fit in a cut which I hadn't been scheduled for. Everyone here is always so lovely and caring and really committed to making sure appointments are specifically tailored for individual needs. I would always recommend this salon as I've never had a bad experience in all the years I've been going.

Always a good experience to visit the salon and catch up with Natalie. She knows what I am looking for and creates the style beautifully.

People think that all women enjoy pampering whether it's hair or nails etc. It's a misconception as I know I'm not alone in thinking it's out of my comfort zone. However thos is a good salon with really pleasant staff. Natalie is a really good stylist offering options when appropriate. Her advice is always helpful and I feel completely at ease in Francesco Newcastle-under-Lyme.

Gorgeous colour and cut. My hair was transformed. Natalie is a top rate hair stylist and she listens to the requests from customers and gives expert advice.

Always a perfectionist in her cutting style which makes my hair look fabulous. I love that about her. Great personality and a joy to know I am talented hands. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. She's a blessing to me!!
