Love visiting the salon the girls are always so lovely and welcoming can’t recommend them enough. Head massage is an added bonus but always over far to quickly (ha ha)

If you have difficult, frizzy, unruly hair I can’t recommend the keratin straightening at Francescos Newcastle enough. The texture of your hair completely changes and it becomes so much more easier to manage.

I’ve been getting my hair done by Tiegan for almost a year now and this is honestly the happiest I’ve ever been with my hair! She’s always down to throw ideas around on what to do colour wise and keeps me from getting bored with my hair colour. My hair always looks incredible when I leave the salon and the care and thought everyone who works there puts in is fantastic. You can tell everyone’s very passionate about what they do as the service they provide is amazing. I stumbled upon the instagram of the salon when I was looking around for a new hairdresser and obviously got incredibly impressed by their work and I wouldn’t dream of going elsewhere now!

Had an appointment with Jacqui and Teigan, both were lovely as always and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. They always chat through everything and the condition of my hair has really improved due to their continued advice. Everyone in the salon is genuinely lovely and really helpful if I need to change my appointment. Really wouldn't want my hair done anywhere else.

After a long consultation discussing products previously used and the current condition of my hair, and the result that I was looking for, plans for this evenings processes and products and styling were agreed.
The end result was a head of hair that looked so much better than when I went in. I am really pleased with the result.

I have been coming to Jacqui for my haircut for a few years now (and will not go to anyone else even if I have to wait for a few many weeks if have had to rearrange). Not only is she an incredible hairdresser that knows how to work with the texture of the hair to achieve the style that client is after but also always finds a way to help her clients relax and enjoy their “me” time with a fantastic head massage and naturally flowing conversation. I’m especially grateful to Jacqui (and other salon staff) for being very thoughtful and accommodating when I attended my haircut with a newborn or when childcare arrangements fell through and I had to attend the appointment with my preschooler and a baby.

Always made welcome by the friendly staff. Just had a trim & tidy up this time. Just what I wanted.

Jacqui is the best hair stylist I've ever had. Her cutting skills are so precise and detailed!! She's a perfectionist and won't settle for anything less. She wants the best for you and what you want out of your hair styling experience. I love her attitude and professionalism. Tegan is an awesome colorist too. can't say enough about this salon, it's one in a million!

I can't remember the stylists name but she did a smoothing treatment for me. Turned out beautifully. She was very nice and accommodating. So glad I got it done!

Excellent service. Very considerate and helpful in every aspect.

Had a wonderful experience and cut with Liss. She was ever so friendly and listened to what I wanted and also advised on how to maintain. She exceeded my expectations with the cut and finish, taking great care and had a wonderful attention to detail. Was very happy with the end result and have had loads of compliments.

Natalie was fantastic as usual! Did exactly what I wanted and was insistent on making sure my hair was styled after, even though it was raining outside.

Today I have been treat like a superstar, I never ever go to the salon due to bad experiences, I am 50 years old and for the first time , I have cried happy tears as normally stylists refuse to listen to my concerns on very curly hair, alesha and tiegan are miracle workers, can't praise them enough xx
