Booked an appointment on the Thursday for the following day which I was very happy about, I had a toner colour put on all over and I'm so happy with the end result. My hair is in so much better, condition wise, and I love the colour. The salon is cosy and modern, Everyone in the salon is super friendly and I loved the music choice. ???? I will be back thankyou x

I couldn't have been happier with my experience on Wednesday. All staff were so friendly and gave excellent professional advice which I needed. I was so comfortable and I loved my hair . My first visit to a Salon in 4 years since having my son. I can't wait to return. I would highly recommend.

Well it was my 1st visit at yr salon n I was really excited to get a nice transforming haircut but I didnt find any remarkable difference in my look when I walked in and when I walked out. Im sorry to leave this review but im nt happy with the haircut.

Have been going to this salon for a few years now. Tom does my hair colour and he’s absolutely fantastic. I am always so pleased with what he’s done. Wouldn’t let anyone else do it now. If you want a good cut Ross is very good too. Everyone comments on how good my hair looks.

I have found toni and guy newcastle staff to be very skilled and helpful. Charlotte is brilliant at her job. Only addition would be to look for hiring more staff as it's very difficult to get appointments at times since its fully booked.

Well yet again I’m here writing another review! But seriously Hannah is absolutely fantastic. I first came to her as I had severe hair damage from over use of bleach and my hair was so thin, frizzy and completely damaged. She really does care about your hair, she is totally realistic in what you can achieve, and puts her foot down when needing to help make your hair in better condition. She isn’t one of those hairdressers who just does what you want regardless of how it will damage your hair. She’s brilliant and I trust her 100% with my hair. Iv only been coming to her since Feb, but since then my hair is noticeably thicker, healthier and stronger. And on this visit we have even had a tiny bit of blonde put back in!!! Yay!! But it’s all been done in the safest and least damaging way possible. But most of all every visit is just so much fun seeing Hannah- she’s so funny, sassy and talented! every time I come away from the salon feeling like it’s the best money ever spent! I love this salon. Also a shout out to Alice and Ross who are so lovely and welcoming. Thanks again xx
