Ruined my own hair with having scalp bleech after scalp beech. Started going to Toni & Guy and with their professional and helpful advice my hair is now, already, much better. Staff are all lovely & friendly, will continue to use these guys ❤

Another visit to this lovely salon and amazing team. This is my second visit to see Hannah who has been an absolute miracle worker in getting my hair in healthy condition. She’s been amazing from the very start& I feel like she’s really invested in my hair and making sure Im given the best advice and experience. I can’t recommend Hannah enough. Tom the senior colourist at Toni and Guy NUL is absolutely brilliant! Fantastic consultantion today, a lovely treatment and the end result is perfect! Tom managed to lighten my too dark dyed hair with a gorgeous mocha and caramel balyage treatment. I’m so pleased with the result. Thank you so much. Today I visited the Newcastle under Lyme shop and had an excellent experience. I hadn't had my hair cut for 4months so it was a bit of an untamed mess. Thanks to the advice and help from the staff I've left a very happy customer. More importantly my daughter says I look much better now and no longer a scruffy mess.

You will be met my a welcoming receptionist, taking your coat and offering drinks. The stylist then gives a consultation, followed by a great shampoo, where you are pampered. My stylist Sophie, is great she advises but will do exactly what you ask for (virtually unknown in hairdressing) she gets on with the job without being distracted and talking about trivia. I'm sure the other stylists are as professional.

I come to the salon with an awful experience from another company and what can I say the people at Newcastle under lyme corrected my hair and have done an amazing job, very friendly staff, warm, welcoming.
