Read more...As soon as I met Hannah I felt totally at ease. Iv had months of being unhappy with my hair due to a few disasters by my previous hairdresser. My hair was seriously damaged and just...ugly! Hannah was so professional and has totally transformed the condition of my hair in just one sitting. She has given me realistic targets and goals in getting my hair in the best condition and the colour that I want. I also want to say that Ross and Gabrial made me feel so welcome too-it was like chatting with old friends for the afternoon. The salon is an absolute credit to Gabrial. The most professional, fun and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend. Il never go anywhere else again! Thanks guys

I turned up early (astonished myself) not an issue, welcomed with a hot coffee. Only had my hair done a couple of week's before and needed it shorter and lighter (mid life crisis!) Love the result's, fab cut and colour and as usual enjoyed having a natter with all the staff. Met the lovely Alice this time, sweet girl and fun hair. Could I be offered any more coffee?!!! I will be back. X

Walked in with what can only be described as nightmare colour hair. After being bright copper for the best part of a year I threw down the challenge to go back to a light blonde. I saw Hannah who worked her absolute magic on my disaster hair and I walked out with an even, beautiful blonde. Super impressed as I wasn’t expecting to have this result first time around but Hannah and the team worked hard to make sure I left with a good result. 100% recommend - already booked another return appointment!

Went to add a bit of pizazz to my brunette hair - came out with glossy natural looking hair with dark caramel balayage done by Hannah and styled by Chloe. A lovely relaxed atmosphere with ALL staff being so pleasant and easy to talk to - whilst still being customer focused. Thank you ?

After bad experiences at several hairdressers in the past, I had taken to using store bought dyes and generally neglecting my hair. Toni and Guy in Newastle were highly recommended to me so I decided to give them a try. Can honestly say it's the best decision I've made regarding my hair ever. It was an experience not just a cut and colour. The staff are all fantastic, very friendly and (obviously) very knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning to this salon in the future. Thank you so much to all the staff (particularly Tom and Ross who dealt with my cut and colour yesterday).

Ross cut my hair exactly as I wanted,didn't try and sell me extra stuff and did it all brilliantly with a great chat and I left feeling great,what a brilliant hairdresser.Nice atmosphere in salon and wasn't kept waiting like other salons.Well worth the money.
