Tom and Jess made me feel pampered, relaxed and I left feeling gorgeous x

Taylor always cuts my hair so appropriately for me that I completely trust her judgement and leave the salon feeling not only ‘me’ but 10 years younger! She listens and answers all my questions and yes, it’s only hair but I feel so restored following her signature cut. It is also a friendly and authentic salon with no airs and graces despite the talent in the building!

I had a really relaxing appointment with Jess. She was able to give good advice and get my shocking barnet under control! Nice to do me time after the school holidays! Thanks Jess xx

Brilliant and really friendly and helpful

My first visit, was made to feel.veey welcome, given excellent guidance on what styles would suit me and my haircut was lovely, the cuddles from the salon dog were also lovely.

Always a pleasure to visit the salon. I always receive a warm welcome by all team members and excellent customer service . They are all a credit to your brand and deserve recognition ?

Absolutely fantastic!

Tayler was lovely and explained everything so clearly throughout my cut - I don’t think I have ever been so at ease whilst having my haircut because she explained everything so well, I really appreciated it. The saloon is lovely and had a very nice atmosphere. Will definitely visit again!

Tom is a brillant colour technician,lots of advice and reassurance am going through a colour change from brown to blonde,I would also like to mention Gabrial who styles my hair just to say thankyou he's a fantastic stylist,always enjoy going to the salon they make you feel so relaxed always plenty of coffee xxx

Tom continues to be an incredible colourist who knows exactly what I want without me saying it! His skill and technique always means I leave the salon feeling refreshed. He’s amazing. Tayler as a stylist is also brilliant, I trust her skill and knowledge on styling completely!

Second visit to the salon after a cross-country move. Very friendly salon, felt instantly at ease, with Tom’s ability to visualise the end result being a huge factor in entrusting the salon. Loved my visit, and looking forward to coming again in a few weeks- you may have broken my post-covid cycle of only getting hair done when absolutely necessary ?

Fab as usual - could have fallen asleep at the backwash with the amazing massage chairs.

Jess was fantastic and really paid attention to what I had asked for. She was brilliant!

Took my 5 year old for her first haircut and she absolutely loved it. Not only did she get the first class treatment that the adults receive but her hair looked amazing after. I also had my own cut which again is always an amazing experience and I always come out feeling so much better due to my cut. He knows exactly what to do and exactly what suits me! Only wish I could go there every week!

Tom was amazing as always,very polite&chatty and did my full head highlights amazing!! Steve is brill again styled my hair perfect,Ellie the Apprentice was amazing doing my toner and hair wash,I love the dog aswell he's ace,loved the massage chairs at sink wash! See you again in 12 weeks for a perfect pamper!

I absolutely adore this place! It exudes unparalleled style in our charming little town. Having a salon with someone as skilled as Tom is an absolute delight. He is a genuine artist, ensuring that every color choice is flawless and nothing short of perfection. Moreover, the salon pampers you with a massage chair while your hair is being washed, and an adorable little dog even brings you a toy. It truly is a blissful experience!

Jess is genuinely so lovely and warming every time and always makes me feel so happy when I leave the salon as she never fails to cut and style my hair the way I love! Couldn’t recommend her enough and Tom does an amazing job on my color every time and is just as lovely to get along with.

I love this salon , its so welcoming and friendly. They have recently had new massage chairs installed, which are just amazing , you always get offered a drink. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Newcastle under lyme now

They also have a therapy dog who is simply adorable, so inclusive and modern and shows they care about the needs of the customers.

I’ve been getting my hair cut with steven after my mum recommended him as my hair is longer and barbers always make a mess & cut it short. Steve always cuts it perfect & with style.

I’m a regular with Tom & he always does an amazing job, but it’s more than just being an excellent colourist, everyone is so friendly & always make me feel so welcome. So welcomed, that my teen son also his hair cut by Steven now .too. Thank you team for making me feel & look amazing ?
