I felt that Charlotte is the best hair dresser. She gets very quickly what you want and helps deciding and avoiding the serious hair disaster that you may choose. Very talented and experienced. Headeash was neat with the right water temperature.

Because i trust his expertise i always come away with a new look that suits me.

Went to the salon having had a bad experience at my previous salon, which I had used for years. From walking into the salon I felt very relaxed. The salon gives as spa like feel. I was asked exactly what I was looking for and throughout the cut I was asked if it was ok with length. Very pleased with my cut and overall experience.

So, lockdown has done damage to everyone. A little snip here, bad layers there, put that over the year and you have a mess equivalent to a rats nest. These guys work serious miracles. I went in looking like an extra from a horror movie and came out feeling like amazing. I will never let anyone else cut my hair. I can't recommend these guys high enough. Expert service, friendly and masters of their craft.

After the horror of lockdown my hair suffered from being home coloured, it was a mess, and Tom, amazing as always, brought it back to life. He and Gabrial are literally the only people I trust with my hair. I've been using them for years, and you seriously can't get any better. Before these guys I salon hopped never satisfied. Not any more. They are not only friendly, but amazing at their craft. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Hats off to these guys under these extreme difficult times. It’s devastating seeing the couple of bad reviews they have been left when I witnessed first hand the stress and pressure they all put themselves through just to make there clients happy and satisfied with the experience. Everytime I visit the salon I feel like I’m a very valued customer not once have I been and left feeling slightly disappointed or unhappy! The atmosphere is always uplifting and every staff member is treated like they’re all just a big family, like a brother & sister relationship ?

It’s a shame that some people have left this lockdown so demanding and left these lovely people feeling like they haven’t done enough. Questioning why they are even working for this industry!!!

ALL OF YOU are incredible at what you do. Listen to the hundreds of positive reviews that you have, not the few from the arrogant customers who don’t appreciate your hard work!

We travelled three hours from Harrogate in North Yorkshire to come to the salon and have always had a good experience this time was not good. was not offered a tea or coffee and was in and out two people were messing around in the salon and eating food that worked there and I had to wait 25 minutes in a chair no one came over to me and even said what was going on there was no head massarge and normally I love coming to Toni and guy the whole experience felt rushed and the only person that made me feel welcome was Tom as I am a regular customer he was the most cheery of all. I also normally give a tip but didn’t this time and still payed m 41 pounds. I’ve been going to that salon for years but just cause of how the hair dresser made me feel won’t be returning. The hair dryer hit me a few times in the head as well. As a manager myself customers should be looked after it felt like the branch had given up and the only person that said hello to me was Tom making me feel a valued customer who is a credit to the team and has never actually done my hair. I am so shocked and horrified with the experience and won’t be coming back in less this is dealt with.

As ever the salon was spotless and well organised. The staff are welcoming and so happy to be doing what they do - their enthusiasm is palpable. Every safety measure was taken seriously, and stuck to! Charlie managed to fix my DIY covid cut with great empathy and a bolt of good humour. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Hi guys, I called in yesterday for my pre colour patch test unfortunately I'm having trouble keeping the plaster in place! It's not been 24hrs yet since it was applied. I'm not sure if it's going to give an accurate result. But so far I gave had no reaction. I'm booked in on thursday next week for my colour but I'm working Monday and tuesday so I am unable to come back before wednesday if you require me toget another patch test.

Just wanted to say how fabulous my hair looked and felt after my appointment with Charlie yesterday. Another fantastic cut and style, felt a million dollars stepping out of the salon. They were clearly pulled out of the place being fully booked but it didn’t feel like that in the salon. Everyone was chatty and friendly and as a nosy person, I could tell that all the staff were working really hard to make sure all their customers had beautiful hair and as lovely an experience as it could be in the required PPE. I had a lovely experience at toni & Guy Newcastle last week. You can see that their top priority is to ensure that the customers feel comfortable and safe during their time at the salon. This is the ONLY place I have been, where every single staff member is following through with the covid requirements & guidelines! The salon was immaculate!!
I had my hair cut & styled by Taylor. She is a lovely, polite girl. I was made to feel very comfortable during my service, amazing consultation & she talked through everything she was doing during the cut. I left with an amazing hair cut & curly blowdry!

This boy, I trust completely with my colour. I trust his technique, his imagination, his flare for exciting colours, his imagination and his excellent, personal, genuine care that he has for his customers and their hair. He's brilliant and no-one will ever colour my hair again x

I have had a great experience at Toni and Guy yesterday. Tom is an amazing colour specialist and Charlie is a wonderful cutter. It was a long process, just shy of 5 hours but I was supplied with Coffee, conversation and humour, a Pokemon Go lesson and some time to relax with my book!

Firstly I was over the moon to get back into the salon and I was very impressed with how the staff are operating during these difficult times. I can't praise Gabrial Tom and their staff enough.

As always the service is exceptional, the staff friendly and my hair feels and looks amazing! I cannot recommend this salon and the team enough!

It was lovely to see you all again weeks and weeks of roots gone at last !
