What a joy to be welcomed back to the salon. Again, I was made to feel safe and listened to. The atmosphere in the salon was amazing. Lots of smiles and laughter and good vibes. During these tough times, to have my hair done by an amazing stylist and creative colourist, lifted my spirits and I walked out of the salon feeling like a million dollars! Thank you

After nearly 4 months of 'lock down hair' I was really looking forward to my haircut and colour, an opportunity to relax and be pampered. My visit did not disappoint. From the moment I walked into the salon I was made to feel welcome and a cup of coffee was brought to me as soon as I had sat down! My consultation with Tom and Gabriel was professional and reassuring and I was delighted with the end result. My hair feels and looks fabulous. A big thank you to all the team... You are amazing at what you do, you should all be very proud of your level of team work, dedication and and professionalism! You've made a 55 year old woman feel 25!!

I had an excellent experience. As always they have provided a fantastic service for myself and provided appropriate equipments to safeguard us.

Like most people I could not wait to get back into the salon after Covid, for what is always a great cut and a good catch up with Steve and Tom especially as I had not had my hair cut since September due to appts falling in two lockdowns!!
The Salon was clean as usual and clients were spaced to the guidelines which meant I felt very comfortable. My time there did not disappoint and I came away starting to feel one more step back to normal. Thanks guys, you are legends!!

I love Tom to bits! Hes the best hairdresser I have ever had! Hes absolutely fantastic. Every appointment I've had I am always made to feel special. It's just like family. X

Like so many people, as the restrictions have eased this was top of my list for appointments. As has been the case all through the last 12 months the salon is spotless, COVID guidance adhered to throughout the visit so no issues there. My hair was cut & coloured by Steve & Tom, although they know me (and my very thick hair) by now, they both always do a consultation with me just so they know what I want, they never assume. I didn’t have alot cut off but even so my hair feels so much more manageable now Steve’s worked his magic and I’m in love with the colour, a bit more blonde now the summers coming and I love it. The condition of my hair feels amazing again thanks to the conditioning treatments I have when I’m there, I love catching up with the guys and the whole team, Toni & Guy Newcastle never disappoint.

Usual excellent service. Can’t find fault at all. Friendly atmosphere and great overall experience.

I visited yesterday for a cut and blow dry, usually I have charlotte but due to illness I had Charlie, she did a great job with my hair, I feel amazing after a very long wait due to lockdown. There was a real buzz at the salon this week, and I was grateful for my appointment after opening day. The whole team are doing a great job under extreme circumstances.

Booked in for a cut and blow dry last minute as I have not had my hair cut for so long. I needed to find a new hairdressers as my usual has not/will not be reopening post lockdown. I was very impressed and will definitely be returning in the future. Also, Covid-19 safety procedures were spot on and I didn’t feel worried at all.

I booked online for a cut and blow dry with Charlie, I’ve been coming here off and on for a few years and had never had a cut with her before so was rather apprehensive. I needn’t have been, she was very pleasant and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it, she kept asking how I wanted it. Great experience considering the difficulties with masks etc. All done in a safe environment will be returning . Thanks to everyone there .

Firstly need to say how impressed I was with the covid measures they have in place, given new gloves masks, sanitizer at the door, contactless payments, well spaced out, absolutely brilliant! Felt very much at ease
I had a cut and blowdry, attention to detail was spot on, I have struggled to find a stylist that didn't leave me feeling slightly disappointed on leaving, this was definitely not the case here, I felt relaxed, taken care of, and I cannot wait to return, just found my new salon! Hair looks and feels amazing

I received a treatment with wash, cut and blow dry. I could not be any happier with the results. My hair looks shiny and neat. I’m so happy with the style. The salon was very clean and very much in line with COVID guidelines, which is always appreciated. Unfortunately, I did not catch the name of my stylist, however she was the blonde lady with beautifully curled hair. I hope that is enough to identify. 10/10 experience. Will come back soon. I went first time for a balayage and I am really happy with that.Tom has been very friendly and made me comfortable .

Very pleased with my hair appointment today. Charlie did a really good cut and blow dry. It was a pleasant experience. Every thing was nice and clean and I did not feel concerned about Covid while I was at the hair dressers.

The girl who cut my hair was very polite for her age and amazing customer service she listened to exactly what I wanted and talked me through what she was doing and checked with me throughout the service. Very pleased with the high standard of cleanliness in the salon all staff were constantly cleaning whilst I was there. I felt very safe. I look forward to my next visit.
