I knew I would feel safe even before entering the salon. Steve and Tom had everything in place and my visit to the salon was perfect. Thank you to all the team.

I was greeted warmly, handed my safety pack containing my disposable items e.g. my cape etc...
Everything about my experience was very well thought out by a business who cared both for staff & clients alike.
Each component part of the experience flowed perfectly, nothing was unsettling or concerning. An overall relaxing well planned and delivered experience.
Charlotte was a delight; assertive, caring and ultimately the epitome of professionalism.
Thanks to all at Toni & Guy for an enjoyable experience whilst helping me lose the lockdown look ??

I felt very safe and the salon had excellent systems in place, every section was cleaned down when somebody left. And I walked away with a new style with loads of advice on my new hair.

I went in about the second week that they reopened, you could see that the staff are working hard to keep everyone safe. It was a little strange, I'm not saying that it was a bad experience but I didn't feel like I was being pampered, not as relaxing as before (pre covid). We are all having to adapt to the changes

First time charlotte cut my hair, I haven't been happy with my hair for a very long time but charlotte cut was amazing!! Its great and a perfect cut and cant wait to have it cut again by her.. many thanks x

Stylist was respectful and genuine in his approach. He offered good and thoughtful advice whilst listening to what I had to say. He proved to be very competent and artistic in styling my hair. I was given detailed instructions on how to care for my hair afterwards and the best products to use. The other staff were all polite and respectful and I was given a package to keep me safe from corona virus infection. I would be happy to return and also to recommend the salon to others. Thank you.

Had the most warming welcome off the staff when I first arrived. Very good customer service. Was abit unsure of what style I wanted and Gabriel couldn’t of been more help and pointed me in the right direction, the style he gave me was just what I wanted. Massive Thanks to The Stylists who looked after Me on my first appointment at the Salon! Having been bleaching my own Hair and cutting it for a couple of years! I was desperate for Help! To sort my mop out Lol! The team made me feel at ease and really listened to what I hoped to achieve with My Hair. I felt pampered and like a new person when my hair was finished! Thanks Guys! Amazing!! My hair looks exactly how I wanted it, it’s a few days later and the colour is still exactly how it was the day it was done, the staff are great, very friendly. I will definitely be going again.

Absolutely wonderful experience with Charlotte at Toni & Guy N-U-L. I have my regular hairdressing salon that’s closed on mondays and with a busy, stressful week felt like I needed that little extra confidence boost having a blow dry brings!
Charlotte did an amazing job cleaning, taming and styling my head of crazy hair extensions and styled it to perfection.

I visited this hair salon yesterday looking for some honesty and advice on the condition of my hair and what (if anything) could be done to rescue it.The stylist was helpful, reassuring and honest about my situation even before he knew if I was going to be booking an appointment in the salon.I was so grateful and appreciated his honesty and trusted his judgement.After some recommendations I booked to return next week to get my hair done.Really positive first experience of this salon.

Really happy with everything

I had my hair cut by Donna and she made the whole experience really relaxing and fun! You could really tell she loves what she does, and she made me feel confident in my new hair! Encouraging and diligent, checking everything was right. And they offer clean ups for bangs if you pop in every couple of weeks - definitely makes it value for money! I won’t go anywhere else again.

Iv wrote a few times on this site with how pleased Iv been with this salon and especially with Hannah, many times already. But on my last visit she really went above and beyond. I had told Hannah that after many months of trying to get my hair in good condition and a good colour that I still wasn’t totally happy with it, I had always pushed to have my hair blonder but after Hannah took me light I decided that it actually looked better abit darker. Typical me. And without any fuss or getting frustrated with me, she got me in ASAP and changed it into the most beautiful colour for me. What makes Hannah stand out the most is that she actually does care, she always listens to what you want and wants you to be happy. I travel all the way from Leicestershire to come to this salon and i swear if Hannah moved to Australia I’d travel all the way there too! The salon and it’s staff are a credit to Gabrial. His attitude towards his salon is shown in all his staff and their customer service, I can’t recommend this salon enough. I also had my hair styled by the new stylist Donna. She’s a lovely and refreshing addition to the salon, she’s chatty and fun and extremely talented too. Thanks guys you are the best xxx

Visted the salon today for a cut and a colour. The colourists Tom and Garbriel and the stylist Ross were amazing, The end result was exactly how I had envisioned it. Superb job. Will definitely be returning.

Ross performed a cut and blow dry on my hair and it looked great. He was friendly well mannered and I felt completely at ease. It was a very pleasant visit.
