I had a cut and blow dry done today by Maicie. I'm over the moon with my cut as she listened to me and cut it exactly as I asked her to. Maicie is so friendly and I find her easy to talk to.

Leonnieis a brilliant colourist and gave sound advice on whether to have a full colour or foils. Opted for foils. My cut by Ed is brilliant as always

I was greeted at the door by Leonie , who took my coat from me and hung it up .

After sitting me down ,
Leonie discussed with me what I was hoping to accomplish with my hair and if I was having any issues etc , Leonie had trimmed my hair in august and it had grown quite a bit , so it was good to discuss length and condition etc .
After washing and cutting as requested, Leonie then gave my hair an excellent blow dry and double check for length etc .
I absolutely love the results.
My hair feels lovely and soft and I feel really good about how my hair sits etc .
As I have fine hair I usually have issues with excess product in my hair , but at Francesco’s the stylist always asks if you want anything added .

My hair colour and cut by Leonie is amazing as always. I wouldn’t use another hair dresser. Leonie truly understands my hair and cuts it beautifully. I get lots of compliments, Leonie is professional and caring.
I was disappointed today to hear the prices are going up on 1st December by £15 that is a lot. If I hadn’t of been into the salon today and came in during December I would have not been happy to find out on the day. You definitely need to let the regular clients know before they enter the salon.

Maicie listened to what I felt were problems, and my ideas for new style.

Iv been having my hair done at the salon for over 25 yrs , less these days as I no longer need my hair coloured, as I’m a (grey hair dnt care client) Iv very curly hair & my stylist knows exactly how to cut & style it & always happy to advise me , I’m one of the older clients & the atmosphere is excellent vey friendly always a pleasure to visit.
