Everyone here is so nice. I came in wanting a change and Liz sorted it for me. Love my new hair and thank you Liz for showing me how to curl it at home. I've tried what you showed me and it works like a treat!

Always a friendly welcome. Leanne is a super stylist and my hair is always as I like it. Sheena is also a welcoming friendly and professional. She has sorted my dates for the year which is a great help for me.

It seems no matter what you buy nowadays you are always asked to render a review whether it be a service on your gas boiler, a car repair or in this case, a haircut. I personally don't normally leave a revue for the reason aforementioned however, in Leanne's case and the Francesco salon I will say they really go that extra mile, nothing is too much trouble and Leanne is meticulous in her art of hair stylist. Truth is you will only get what you pay for and I'm very happy with Francesco and Leanne.

First of all the staff there amazing made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped in. When jade sat me down and we went through what I wanted I felt listened and she gave suggestions. I was well looked after and my hair looks amazing and very happy and looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you guys

Fin always listens to what I want and advises what will work best for my hair. She took her time doing my fringe as I love it cut. Amazing colour she has worked so hard to get it from black to blonde in three appointments I went today for a full colour change. Finley looked after me asking if I needed anything, supplying me with drinks etc. she explained the process, what I wanted, colours, what would work etc. she has done an amazing job and the results have been amazing. Thank you so much. Finley finished my colour with a beautiful cut and curled it. She listened to how I liked my fringe cut and nothing was a bit of bother.

I have been to Liz twice and after having such a lovely experience I took my 5 year old (very nervous) daughter today, she is so wonderful, patient and kind. She made her feel at ease straight away and she LOVED it. Sheena on reception is amazing too, so welcoming and fun. That's how you look after your clients, us girls are customers for life now!!

Leanne has a hard job with my hair, natural curl grey and impossible to finish. It's always cut well and feels fantastic, she's a great hairdresser with my impossible hair and listens well to my preference on cut, always works out fantastic 😀
