Liz, my hair stylist, is such a sweetheart! She greets me with a
beautiful and cheerful smile every time. She takes her time to discuss my choices of colour, cut, style, and finish with every visit. She always makes time to ask about myself and how I have been since the last time I saw her whilst she gently works on my hair listening to me blabbing on about my stories. Liz makes my day simply... by her sweetness, empathetic ears and therapy skilled soul!
I truly love coming to this Francesco branch. It is not only warm and inviting but every 1 says hello and smiles despite not being my hair stylist...and so does the ever so awesome Manager who has different coloured hair and style with every visit. Oh, yes! Not forgetting her adorable little pooch too!
Kenzie who mentors Liz is brilliant! Liz must feel privileged and honoured to have such a great Mentor as Kenzie is highly talented and knowledgeable. She is most approachable, gives good advice, encouragement and praise.

A friendly and welcoming Salon and excellent stylists

Excellent salon, staff helpful and friendly. Stylist excellent am always more than satisfied with hair results. Unfortunately no senior discounts offered which is unusual for this group . I have been going to this salon for years and that speaks for itself.

Fin is conscientious and good at cutting my crazy curly hair. She was careful and took time to help me choose the colour I wanted( maybe a little too long ?? however the colour is really lovely)
It seemed a long process (2.5 hours) but having not had this service before this is probably the right time needed to get the results. My hair was a little frizzy by the time I got home but that could have been because I was in a hurry to leave and maybe I rushed Fin in the finishing touches. This morning though my hair feels so lovely and soft .
The salon is a lovely environment , cool, spacious and calm. The staff are all so lovely and friendly and constantly check on you and offer drinks and magazines.
Overall I’m really pleased with my cut & colour and will definitely be back - thank you Fin ?

After years going to barbers and being disappointed with the finish I decided to spend a little more.

Best decision I made, never disappointed and always looking to go out and show it off after.
Staff are friendly, with clear communication and a vision for my hairstyle so I'm never left wondering.

I have been to the salon a couple of times now and am so happy with the service and cut I get. Leanne is a great stylist and has helped me to change to my style slightly. The results are fantastic. I will be a regular client of Leanne’s in the future.

Such a lovely experience getting my hair done by Kenzie today… she made me feel very relaxed and comfortable, she fully explained all the products she used and did an amazing cut and blow dry! Left the salon feeling revitalised and happy!
