Sheena is the epitome of warmth/welcome and understanding on reception & will go out of her way to facilitate your appt. Kenzie is her daughter & mirrors her mums customer service skills. My hair was in need of an overhaul after a few months of poor health & could not have turned out better! It really lifts your spirits when your hair looks good 👍

Kenz cuts my hair every 3 weeks and telling the truth if she ever stopped cutting hair I’d have to go bald. She’s honestly the best and actually listens to how I want my hair and cuts it how I would like it instead of the usual they listen and just cut it how they want.

Hi can’t remember name of the colourist. Love the colour and the young woman was lovely. However, just washed my hair and discovered a dark stain across the side of my face and forehead. Disappointed this wasn’t removed before I left.

I was very pleased with the whole experience. As it was my first visit Leanne spent time asking if I used any special shampoo, styling products and of course how I wanted my hair cut. The finished cut was excellent, even my husband commented. I was so pleased I have booked a further 2 appointments.

It was my first time having a cut from your establishment and I felt so comfortable and cared for it felt welcoming and inviting , they listened to what I wanted and everything was well communicated they did a perfect job and Kenzie understood exactly what worked for my hair she did an amazing job .Will defo be coming back in future

Some times things don’t always go as planned or the end result is not quite as the customer expected but it’s how you deal with these occasions that really count. This happened to me recently. I am a new customer to the salon and I guess everyone’s hair reacts slightly differently when being coloured. However, all credit to the salon manageress and colour guru Kath for rectifying this at the earliest opportunity and ensuring that I was completely satisfied. There was no charge to rectify the problem nor would Kath accept a tip for her hard work. I would also like to add a big thank you to Kenzie who has cut my hair twice now and is the first stylist who has ever got it right first time. To be honest, everyone at the salon are polite, professional, warm and welcoming. A great team! Many thanks.
