I've been here twice now to have my hair coloured. The whole team are lovely and make you feel welcome. Cesca is fab and does a great job!

Once again, a perfect cut and style from Kerry.. Today's visit included a True Grey toner treatment (handled by Ben) which appears to take all of the "brassiness" from my rapidly greying hair and leaves a wonderful shine too ! Always a wonderful experience at Francesco, Church Lane.

Since moving to Stafford, I've only visited Francesco's and only had Cesca cut my hair. She's such a great listener and always gives the best advice as to what we should do. She does such a great job and I always look forward to going back, knowing she remembers me and what my hair journey is! Can't recommend her enough and the rest of the staff are welcoming.

Always does amazing job with my hair and wants gives great advice like the first time I had seen her as I wanted highlights she had done hair test and I'm so glad I've waited as would have been a disaster the hair treatment advised is fab aswell even after one go my hair feels stronger

She is welcoming, warm, friendly & good fun. l always look forward to my appointments with her. Ben & Cesca are my colourists. Always happy with results & they are both professional yet friendly & attentive. Infact all the staff are kind & welcoming & the salon has a happy vibe. They offer a brilliant all round service, more than just having your hair done!! I would not go anywhere else.

I absolutely love this place! Always so welcoming & if I've got a question make me feel so at ease! Have a good laugh in there offered endless drinks to keep your throat wet from the laughing! I couldn't recommend this place enough! Keep up the amazing work ♥️

My 4 year old daughter was very excited to show me her new hair after her visit. She is always happy to sit and let Chesca do her hair with no quarrels. Chesca is fantastic at talking to my daughter and letting her choose what she wants done (within reason). My daughter has rated chesca as "100 good!" Which in 4 year old speak we think means great 👍

The salon and particularly Cesca are so accommodating when my son needs a haircut. As a family we all use this salon, and it is because they are so friendly and professional. Special mention to Laura who also cut my daughters hair beautifully during the same visit

I have been going to Francesco Church Lane for many years and would never consider going anywhere else. Everyone is so friendly and professional. They always take time to find out what you want, never assuming that its ' just the usual '. Chesca is an amazing colourist, especially for someone like me who is quite nervous about colouring my hair. It always looks completely natural, just enhanced and healthy, just as I want. Cannot fault the salon in any way.

Hi everyone today I revisited the salon in church lane, after moving away from Stafford 36 years ago, . Kerry was my hair stylist back then when my hair was black today my hair is silver and the salon hasn’t lost its warm friendly atmosphere, it was lovely to catch up with lost time, and Kerry certainly hasn’t lost his touch with cutting my fine fly away hair into a lovely soft feminine style.
