Always nervous when changing your stylist. Victoria was a hard act to follow but Shireen has to be a good contender for her replacement. Following a brief consultation a restyle suggested and agreed. Conversation was pleasant and service impeccable as always with Tony & Guy's staff. The result was amazing and the best approval offered by my daughter was that Mum looked funky!

Have been coming to T&G in Stafford for over 10 years now after a bad experience with Francescos. Lee at T&G sorted my colour problem immediately and have been coming back ever since for great cuts friendly and personal though professional customer care and a fabulous atmosphere. I’d never go anywhere else now ❤️

I have been a customer of Alex for a couple of years. I find she is always friendly and I love my hair cuts.

Not off to a good start. I was booked in for highlights 3 weeks ago and the colour technician was off sick. Rescheduled to today. Booked a days leave from work. Got a phone call this morning. The same colour technician was off sick again.

I was not impressed at all. Meg and Alex were very helpful. Whilst on the phone Alex had a cancellation and said she would be able to do my colour, even though she doesn’t usually do colour. She did a fab job and was really friendly as was Meg who blow dried it.

The manager should have a word with the girl who keeps going sick as it’s really not great in a hairdressers.

Had my roots tinted today, lovely salon and friendly staff!
