I came in Monday first time since 2019 thanks to covid and Ang did a restyle and I love my hair. She was so lovely and friendly.

Had my appointment with Shireen today. Fab stylist , we had a good chat and I loved my hair . All the staff at stafford branch are brilliant and you are treated as a friend more than a customer. Really look forward my appointments.

My hair is better than I imagined, the stylist listened to what I wanted as I was going from long hair to a short Bob, I’m extremely pleased with the cut and friendly service.

Lee has been colouring my hair for a while now with Shireen and Megan cutting and styling it. One time with these guys and you will not let anyone else go near your hair again. There is nothing thay can not do... always gives great advice, ,great conversation, the whole package .

My 1st experience of Toni & Guy. All the team were fantastic! Lee and Joanne were very attentive and welcoming. Really lovely people! Made me feel very welcome! Shireen recommended a hair style for me and suggested how best to do it and I am over the moon with it! I will absolutely be returning!

Had a great experience today. Had a brunette balayage. I was a bit nervous before hand as I'd put box dye over my hair during lockdown and wasn't sure i could achieve the look I wanted.
Ang listened to what I wanted looked at some pictures and we agreed on some colours. The atmosphere was relaxed and I was made to feel welcome.
The end result was exactly what I had hoped for!
The price was reasonable for the nature of the service.
I will be returning for my colour, next time.

Had a fantastic experience at the salon, all Covid precautions taken and made to feel at ease. Happy with the hair styling on the day but slightly disappointed when I’ve come to do it myself.

The sink was blocked, and the hairdressers were moaning about it, she also mentioned that they were always running out of products (great really worth my money then?!)
Going off to eat during my hair treatment (not covid secure I shouldn’t imagine!) telling me about how they always snack in between clients etc.
Generally didn’t feel relaxed and it all felt a bit rushed and like she was interested in anything but my hair.

She knows what she is doing.
