Lee, you are a star! Felt totally apprehensive about having my hair coloured but this lovely, warm man was an absolute gem. He actually did listen to my needs and concerns and was also strong enough to voice his opinions and concerns too! ...he got it so perfect! I must say, the staff do deliver a fantastic, warm wonderful, customer service...a rarity in this day and age! So thank you so much Lee, for bringing the faith back, don't you dare ever change! When it comes to hair...they know what they are doing, when you are having a melt down, lol! performed miracles on my hair!

All in a fab experience from booking to finish. I’m so happy with my cut-Alex is such a skilled stylist and understood perfectly what I wanted from a chat over a v nice coffee and then gave me a really beautiful pixie cut. T&G never going to be the cheapest but then it’s your hair! Worth every penny on a well cut, easy to maintain style. Definitely going back.

Had my hair appointment today with Alex. It's not like going to the hairdressers it's like visiting family Had a good catch up with Alex and saw the lovely Jo too , really pleased with my hair to, a great morning out .

I was greeted and sat for my initial consultation straight away. All staff were friendly but this is not unusual. Alex listens to what you want and gives first rate advice. Happy as always with my visit. Thank you.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly they didn't even mind my baby having a feed in the middle they even held the bottle for me. The hair was style was grey just to my liking.

This was my first time coming to Toni & Guy and I’ll definitely be back! Megan was really friendly and easy to talk to. She seemed little unsure in her capabilities but just needs a bit more confidence I think! The senior stylists were fantastic too as they helped her out where she needed it and the end result is amazing!

I booked my appointment last minute as was desperate for a cut before going away. Beth was fantastic giving me a wonderfully flattering new hairstyle that is easy for me to replicate or just leave to do it's own thing. She also advised on a colour idea do I will be back soon
