Another great experience at Francescos today with Jane. I don’t like having my hair cut and don’t come often but Jane and everyone at Francesca’s makes it so much better for me.

All the staff were pleasant and courteous.Olivia washed my hair, gave me a head massage and put a massager on my back with my feet up. Proper pampering. Sumer cut my hair exactly as I asked and gave me some tips too. The receptionist ( sorry I don't know her name was also friendly.
