Meaghan was fabulous, she may be a trainee but I was happier with this hair cut and style than I have been with expensive stylists. It was my first time at Shear Success and I will definitely be back, and asking for Meaghan again. Thank you.

Lovely salon. Staff very professional.Sophie is a great stylist who knows what you want. The small touches like head massage and massage chair while having hair washed make this salon unique. Lovely experience.

Had a colour today by a trainee. Fab experience, took time to make sure we both knew what I wanted, explained the steps and made it enjoyable and relaxing with great conversations and no awkward silences.
Excellent haircut. Pleasant experience - but very expensive. Too expensive to visit regularly.

Had my hair cut, coloured and styled (recommended by the stylist) today. A different Stylist than usual. As always, I'm really pleased with the outcome. The staff are so professional and highly trained I've never been disappointed in the in the 18 years I've been using this salon. Highly recommended
Lisa did my hair today but i go to any of the ladies who fit in with the time i want to go as they are all equally lovely. All of them take time to find out exactly how i like my hair & they offer advice when i need it. I particularly enjoyed lisa doing my hair today as she is so caring, thoughtful and gentle which is exactly what i want. I am really pleased with my hair. Thank you.

SS is always great. The stylists work really hard to ensure that what you ask for, you get! A beautiful baylage and a blow dryed, curled finish that lasted for 3 days after I left the salon. I definitely recommend booking in ?

Have visited this salon regularly. All stylists are very good,as I book last minute appointments and have had my hair cut and coloured by different stylists.Always really pleased.

My 11 year old daughter had her hair cut fir the first time here. When I rang up o booked a cut wasn't really told anything on the telephone. Was not offered a drink or anything. She had her hair washed and trimmed, the lady asked if she wanted it layering we really didn't know as my daughters hair is curly / wavy, she explained it prob would bounce and be good fir the curl. We did have it done and shaped round her face. After cutting she asked how we wanted it straight or curly. My daughter said curly, she dried it fir 2 seconds to take the damp out and took her gown off. I was a bit taken back thinking this was the normal and we went away with wet hair. This Cost £21.00 for a child cut and no styling. Woke up this morning and her hair is all over the place, would have liked to have seen the end result from the stylist so she and we could have seen how it fell etc. Won't be going back here ...
Wanted another change of hair colour as I felt the usual blonde was looking bland and boring, listened to exactly what I wanted and also gave their opinion.
Absolutely love coming here, the whole family come. Today my daughter said she felt like a princess with the drink and biscuits. Staff all welcoming and friendly. Great atmosphere but £21 for a 2 inch trim seemed very expensive unfortunately.

As someone who is chronically ill and disabled, I couldn't of received more caring thoughtful staff. My experience was a total relaxation, and my cut and colour is just what I wanted.
I think this is the best Salon Tamworth has to offer for its quality of service and client experience.

Always a fab experience! The ladies are always pleasant and always treated nicely! My only complaint is the price increase from booking online to actually paying it jumps by £10-15 and the only extra I would have to pay for is the hair straightening! But other than that a fabulous service
