Had a cut and finish yesterday. Slick service, pleasant surroundings and relaxing atmosphere.
Hubby liked the result, what is there not to like.
Friendly welcome as usual, various complementary drinks on offer. Complementary aromatherapy head and shoulder massage if wanted. Option to have the massage setting on the chair as your hair is washed, what more could you want?
Excellent service all round with superbly skilled stylists. Ask for Cashelle, she's fabulous.

Got my appointment date wrong but was fitted in with Sadie. I have slightly awkward hair and she's done a fab job with both cut and colour. Very pleased, highly recommended and will be back soon.

Sophie cut my children's hair, and I'm really happy with the whole experience. It was my little girls first time and there were tears at first but Sophie was great and reassured my daughter chatting to her as she cut her hair. My little boy has seen Sophie several times now and she always cuts his hair lovely, and chats to him about his day! Really pleased, thank you Sophie!

Never had a bad cut or colour by any of the girls. I must admit I have tried other salons when I went to uni etc but nobody compares to Shear Success!
I am SO pleased with the ombré Sophie has done on my hair!! She really listens to the colours that you want but is there to advise if you're not sure too! I wouldn't go anywhere else, amazing as ever
Sophie B very nice very easy to get on with and does a good job. Wish she could do something about the hole appearing at the back of my head! ???? Only a couple of alterations needed, a wide screen tv needed by the basins and Carlin on tap! ????

Had my cut and colour with Lisa today. Received excellent treatment throughout. Lisa always listens and does just what I ask with a few suggestions to make things better. So relaxing. Massage chair is great.
Booked an emergency shampoo and cut with Sophie. Was a little nervous as my Mixed race curls can prove a bit of a challenge for the inexperienced. Sophie spent a few minutes asking me about my hair. I was then offered a drink and a complimentary head/shoulder massage. Enjoyed the massage chair while getting my hair washed. I then had a wet cut. I had products put in my hair before leaving the salon. I couldnt really tell how good the cut was until later once my hair had dried naturally. I am happy with end result and will be trying the salon again :)
I would like to thank TJ? who cut and styled my elderly mothers hair on Thursday 28th April. He was able to make her very fine and thinning hair look really lovely and was so kind and respectful whilst working.
Thank you very much she was delighted and will certainly return.

Having had a bad hair week, I rang up on the off chance someone could rescue my knotty, split ends. Not only did I get an appointment with in 20 minutes, Cashelle was fantastic. My hair is beautifully cut, and so smooth and silky! Amazing service as always. Cashelle is a super star. Thank you!
