Another fantastic cut and colour at Shear Success. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Recommend!
I was really reluctant to try this salon at first as I haven't really heard it mentioned around much but I am so pleased with the results I won't be going anywhere else. The stylist fixed my hair colour perfectly (and i'm really fussy) perfect cut, not too much off, and the finish looked amazing! I was truly spoilt with drinks and a massage, the hair washing chairs had a massage feature too which was great! Only downside is the price, it's on the expensive side for services. I felt really comfortable here though, looking forward to returning.
I thought the staff and service was very good, however it is an expensive service and I would be reluctant to use the salon again due to the cost.
My daughter was invited with a friend to celebrate her friends 6th birthday and thoroughly enjoyed the visit, they were provided with pretzels and squash and lots of different hairstyles, to which they were encouraged to have something a little different but both wanted to look the same and had something very sweet and both looked very cute when I saw them afterwards. Apparently there was also a large amount of colours for their polish too. Made me wish I was 6 again. Thanks to the young lady who did their hair etc.
As always, Lisa did a fantastic job in colouring and cutting hair and helped me decide on a colour to suit.
However, my only complaint is that having paid to visit what I would class a top end hair salon, the water when washing my hair was cold out of the tap, the assistant had to get a bucket of hot water and ladle into my hai to rinse it, which not what I expect from this newly refurbished salon and it took the pleasure out of attending today.
First ever visit to the salon, and was plesently suprised. Greeted immediately , no waiting ,maybe it was just a quieter day , however made to feel very relaxed and welcome. Will definately recomend this salon . Overall experience was great .

Every time I visit the salon I am aware of the friendly atmosphere and the good rapport, not only between customers and staff but also between all members of staff. I get pampered and go out feeling more light hearted than when I went in.

I just would like to say a big thankyou to Leanne for doing my hair today, it is just perfect and just what I needed.
My youngest child is now 6 weeks old and I felt the needful a hairstyle overhaul as I was feeling frumpy. I booked in at Shear Success in Tamworth with Leanne and she's done a fantastic job. I gave her a vague description of what I wanted and she knew exactly what I meant, despite my not having any photo. We looked at hairstyles on the ipad and decided on one - Leanne gave great guidance but left the decision to me. The whole experience was, as usual, wholly enjoyable (something I've not always been able to say about my hair salon experiences!). The result was perfect...just what I'd envisioned. And the ladies in the salon were helpful and accommodating with my baby too! I'd recommend SS and Leanne to anyone.

I was very pleas d that you fitted me in at short notice and I was very very pleased with my hair cut. It is always a lovely experience with the head massage and then the massage chair. I always feel very de-stressed when I come out. Great job.

Had my hair done today by Leanne and from the minute she started my consultation until she was showing me the back of my hair in the mirror she was excellent! Very attentive,listened to everything I said,discussed my choice of haircut and advised me for when I am styling at home. Really pleased with the finished look and I will definitely be returning....even my 11 year old has noticed that I've had it done!! And what can I say about the chair massage whilst having my hair washed! Thanks Leanne, it was a pleasure!!

Firstly, easily available for times (due to time of year but very handy). Hayley offered to sample my hair in the consultation to get the right shade I wanted. Constantly offering drinks and keeping an eye on my hair once the dye was on. Really happy with the results especially for the first time being grey, I was expecting it to be a lot lighter. Great value as a graduate designer with the bonus of 50% off next time I come in! Very patient and very friendly! Love the gal xx thank you

Friendly helpful service as usual. Head massage was relaxing. Very pleased with my slightly different hairstyle. Sparkling water was an added bonus. Glad the hair cuttings book included styles for the recently retired age bracke.

This was a first time experience for me i usually go to a different hair dresser however this is one little gem that i have found. On my first visit i was a little apprehensive but my hair treatment started with a neck and shoulder massage which relaxed mei then had a full head colour with 2 different colours through the ztaff were very attentive with lots of hot drinks and mince pies. Whilst my hair was being washed i had a back massage these chairs are amazing i am very pleased with my experience and would recommed it to u all.

The hairdresser listened to my requirements, understood my needs and I came out feeling great.

Had my hair cut for the second time by Sadie. Lovely experience after a stressful day at work! Just had a shampoo and cut. That's enough treat for me! - Three times more expensive than where I used to have it cut! Sadie is so welcoming and friendly plus my hair cut is exactly what I asked for. This was my 2nd visit to the Tamworth salon and I won't go elsewhere. I had used a home bleaching kit and ruined my hair but shear success was able to save it ????
I cannot recommend shear success highly enough.
Another visit to my favourite hairdresser on Saturday and once again she's made me look and feel fab!! Great colour , cut and blow dry and ny hair feels really soft and in great condition!
