I was disappointed to be kept waiting 20 minutes for my appointment. I don’t believe this was the fault of my stylist who apologised when she finally turned up. I felt I should have been warned right at the beginning that there might be a delay and perhaps offered an alternative appointment or a reduction in the cost.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience at our salon. We take our clients' time very seriously and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay in your appointment. We agree that it is not acceptable for our clients to be kept waiting without prior notice.
We appreciate your understanding that the delay was not the fault of your stylist. However,due to on going roadworks, Leah’s previous clients arrived late and she had to have a meeting due to Leah starting maternity very soon . Leah thought our front of house Helen had explained there would be a wait of between 5 - 10 minutes, we are very sorry if this didn’t happen .
Regarding the price we have stylists from £35 for a cut and finish, Leah has charged her price for the last 8 months .
We strive to provide exceptional service and we are so sorry you feel we deserve a 1.5 star , our front of house Sue will contact you so we can put this right.
